Cancelled - The tour was cancelled. The bigger issue is that they never even notified me to give me a chance to book with another company. I called them the day before because I did not get a text confirmation with pickup time, and was told I should have gotten an email to reschedule. Um, I didn't. That is not good enough. Call people. They did not even explain why or say when they supposedly sent an email. Actually, I got a confirmation email that week and this link to review the tour after the day. People come from all over the world and many book tours to places they cannot easily get to. I tried to see if another company had availability at the last minute and it was too late. The people were friendly in the couple of times I called with questions, so that is why any stars at all, but there was no excuse to not actually call people about the cancellation. They knew they had not heard from me by the day before the tour, still no call. And they knew they had already been paid for it. They did refund it. That day was my only chance to take a tour, and I do not live in the area. I get that they can be cancelled because of limited interest, but let people know in advance so they can try to book elsewhere. I would not book with them again.
