Good Tour - We had a great experience. Our guide was Viola. She was ver informative. It was raining the day of our tour and we got to see many waterfalls. We even saw a highland cow.

Fabulous tour guide with welcoming touches - This was a relaxing and fantastic tour of the beautiful countryside. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful rolling hills with all the sheep and cows. We enjoyed all the knowledgeable information. The tour guide and driver were very friendly and provided us with treats. She made us feel so welcome and was passionate about her beautiful country. We really appreciate her kindness and knowledge.

Tour leader was very good... - Tour leader was very good we were disappointed that if you just wanted to look at the outside of the castle the bus waited and took you into town for the meeting place. If you took the castle tour you had to walk. On a nice day the 10 minute walk wouldn't have been a problem. In the pouring rain we got drenched.. it would have been great if the bus could have come back for those that took the tour after a half hour. Other than that the tour was great.

Wet, wet day but Tour was great! - It is a long day and would be much better to take in the summer, less chance of rain and fog to hide the beauty of the Highlands. Even though it was a wet day our tour guide was great. She talked about the history of Scotland and had many interesting tidbits about the area we were visiting. She stayed alert to the weather and tried to make the trip as pleasant as possible.

Highland tour - Sandra did great telling us about the Scottish highlands. She had written information, talked extensively about the region, played Scottish music and even had Scottish treats for us. We were not able to see the last 2 spots listed on the tour which was disappointing.

It was a great tour.... - It was a great tour. However, we started 1/2 late and rushed back to the ship 1 1/2 hours before we sailed. Therefore, we skipped one stop and rushed at another. Subsequently, 4 stars instead of 5.

Greenock - Excellent tour! Great tour guide. Only issues: the speaker crackled all the time and they didn’t open the middle door to get on and off! Had to wait through everyone to get out

Rushed - Guide rushed us through lunch, told us our ship was leaving early which it wasn’t! Kept telling the driver to step on it but he didn’t listen to him. Wouldn’t go to the last stop on the tour he said we’d miss the ship but we got back over an hour and a half before the ship was leaving. Driver was great but not the guide, I tipped the driver only.
