Awesome boat day - Overall 5/5 stars here. Easy communication on WhatsApp. Did private boat tour and saw all the hot spots and to see the dragons ofcourse. Boat was clean, boat staff very safe and reliable. Guide was above and beyond. Overall highly recommend this company for your power boat tour. Was nice to move quickly from point to points in comfort and speed. House boats are nice, but powerboat gives you more flexibility. Over the top service from Ervis! Top notch. Thanks guys, see you again!

A perfect tour - The trip was just perfect! Sunny day, blue sky and the sea, Komodo dragons and mantas - all we wanted to see and experience was there. The stuff is helpful and professional, the tour was well organised.

Our boat was clean and... - What a fabulous day! Our boat was clean and our captain, crew, and guide were friendly and professional. We had a great time climbing the steps at Pulau Padar, trekking through Komodo Island looking for dragons, and snorkeling. Manta Point was an absolute highlight and we also swam with turtles at another snorkel spot. The coral reefs were beautiful and well populated with all kinds of colorful fish and sea stars. Definitely book this trip!!!

Komodo treasures. - Had an amazing day with Fidel and crew. Started with a walk to see the dragons, followed by a visit to the pink beach which was stunning with some great snorkeling. Next stop was a secluded sand bank with beautifully clear water where we had a relaxing swim. Next we went to Manta point where we were lucky enough to swim with huge manta ray-this was an absolutely amazing experience. Final stop was a snorkel with turtles. We only sat on turtle but was still and amazing experience. Highly recommend this tour.

Great private tour of Komodo! - We booked a private tour to be able to prioritize seeing both islands with komodo dragons and remaining flexible as we're traveling with our 10-yr old. Every team member we interacted with were friendly and really wanted us to have a great time. And we did! The pre-trip meeting helped us to know what to expect and how to get the most out of our experience. Obviously, they can't control wildlife, but they were amazing at spotting manta rays, sea turtles, baby sharks, and schools of fish. We saw 10 komodo dragons, including a baby and a juvenile! Lunch and snack were delicious, and prepared with our preferences in mind. Plenty of cold water available. Highly recommend Komodo Snorkel and would definitely hire them again.

An amazing experience - We had an amazing trip with Komodo Snorkel. Our guide and crew were kind, helpful and informative. We opted for a private tour which meant we could take our time at the stops we wanted and could spend less time at others. We had drinks and lunch provided which was tasty. The hike at Padar was beautiful and we saw lots of Komodos, manta and turtles.

Top Choice for private tour in Komodo - I was talking with maybe 10 different service prividers, and this was by far the absolute best choice we’ve made! Organisers were very responsive, talking proper english, taking care of every single step. The crew and guide were also just great, both engaging yet responsible. Don’t look for another provider, just pick these guys, you won’t regret. I won’t even tell about the Manta Rays, Turtles, Komodos, and all the other amazing we’ve seen :D

Amazing Experience for My Family with Ervis and Stan...Highly Recommend - We arranged a private tour with Komodo Snorkel and were highly satisfied with their services. Ervis was very cooperative and communicative. We are a family of five with three elementary school-aged children, and Ervis customized the trip to meet our specific needs. Given our flight departure from Labuan Bajo later in the day, we wished to maximize our time on the water. Ervis accordingly scheduled the tour to commence an hour earlier, which allowed us to avoid the crowds at various locations during the trip. Additionally, he accommodated our food allergies and ensured that the children had snacks and healthy foods available (the fresh chilled watermelon was especially appreciated on a hot day). Ervis was punctual, arriving at 5:30 AM for pickup. En route to the harbor, he located a convenience store for us to purchase medicine and Sprite for my daughter's unsettled stomach. This was just one of many examples of the whole team going above and beyond to help my daughter that day. We embarked at approximately 6:00 AM to visit Padar Island, Komodo Island, Pink Beach, Taka Makassar, Manta Point, and Turtle Town. Evan served as the captain while Stan acted as our guide. The crew was exceptionally helpful throughout the trip, particularly given my daughter’s ongoing discomfort. At times, they offered to carry her or assisted my children with climbing the steep stairs on Padar Island. When one of my family members stumbled down a stair, the crew promptly provided first aid with rubbing alcohol, bandages, and other supplies. Stan's knowledge of the area was remarkable, and he educated us about Komodo National Park and its wildlife. The early start likely contributed to the numerous animal sightings, as we encountered Timor deer, Komodo dragons, wild pigs, dolphins, manta rays, turtles, black-tip reef sharks, and various other marine life. While we understood that nature doesn’t always allow us to see all animals, we felt that the Komodo Snorkel team put us in the best position to see the animals we were hoping to see. As this was a once-in-a-lifetime trip, we hoped to capture memorable photos, and Stan exceeded our expectations in this regard. He used my phone to document numerous planned and spontaneous moments through video and photography, resulting in the only problem from the trip…too many great photos to sort through. Although the weather was favorable in the morning and early afternoon, it became rainy and stormy later in the day. Stan consulted with me regarding whether to return to Labuan Bajo or wait out the storm. While initially waiting, the crew remained willing to continue waiting despite their own discomfort. However, due to the cold and tired condition of the children, we ultimately decided to return. I appreciated their commitment to providing the full time on the water and the option to stay, reflecting their dedication to customer service. Despite the bumpy ride back, Evan skillfully navigated us safely to Labuan Bajo. Komodo Snorkel delivered an exceptional experience with outstanding customer service, making our tour unforgettable. I highly recommend their services and working with Ervis for any activities in the Labuan Bajo area as he is highly knowledgeable, well-connected, and very down to earth.

Ervis is legit and the tour was amazing - I organised the tour in advance with Ervis via email and WhatsApp. I was slightly worried about e-transferring the payment ahead of time (no fraud protection), but he sent me a receipt and was in contact before the trip to arrange pickup etc. The tour itself was amazing, definitely a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended!
