Great experience - Great experience. Sunrise viewpoint was worth the long ride and our tour guide Layla made our waiting time entertaining with her interesting conversation and jokes and several photos. Very recommended.

You must book this tour!! - Had an absolutely incredible time on this tour. Everything from pickup to the guiding was perfect. Bromo was truly magnificent and the waterfalls were incredible. We skipped the crater climb so we could get to the falls when they were empty, which was well worth it!! All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!!!

Awesome trip! - Great tour! Everything was prearranged and went off without a hitch. My guide, Nita was fantastic! Sunrise pictures were worth the long drive in a really busy road (weekends are very busy!) Waterfall was a amazing g place as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing people who gave us a trip to remember forever. - We had an unforgettable day with Nita and our driver visiting Mount Bromo and the Madakaripura waterfall from Surabaya. Stanley got in touch the day before and was extremely helpful in re-planning our day as the Mount Bromo park was closed due to forest fires. He responded to messages immediately and helped us create a new plan. Nita and our driver were fabulous. Nita’s English is excellent and she filled us in on information about Surabaya and our destinations. She made sure each step of the visit was as easy as possible and was clear about was included in the price of the trip and what wasn’t. The view of Mount Bromo was amazing and the trip to the waterfall was incredible. Nita is a skilled photographer as well and took lots of amazing photos for us including a part of the waterfall walk that we couldn’t reach but her younger legs could. A truly unforgettable day and I can’t recommend Stanley and Nita highly enough. We thought our trip had been spoilt as the park was closed but they managed to give us a trip we will remember forever. Thank you so much. Nita also went above and beyond when we managed to leave something in the car and she arranged for it to be delivered to our hotel. Amazing service all round.

Great Bromo Trip - The Trip is fantastic, my tour lady, Ms. Nita is great. She is patient, pleasant, friendly, trustworthy and will be the best accompanied if you visit Surabaya. She is knowledgeable and is fluent in English. BTW, she is a great phorographer too. Next time when we visit Ijen, we will definitely book again with EJ Travel.
