• Vaitheeswarankoil - Guests will be picked up from their hotel early in the morning for a 3-hour journey to the Temple of Mars in Vaitheswaran. Mars is believed to grant courage, success, and strength. Visitors often bathe in the temple’s water tank, which is reputed to have healing properties for skin conditions and to help remove obstacles to marriage.
• Mercury Temple - The next destination is the Temple of Mercury in Thiruvenkadu, located 10 miles away. This temple is mentioned in the Hindu epic, Ramayana, and is thought to be 3,000 years old, though it has been rebuilt over time. Mercury is said to provide wisdom and intelligence.
• Keelaperumpallam Temple - The final stop is the Temple of Ketu in Keelaperumpallam, a short twenty-minute drive away. Ketu’s negative influence is widely feared, as it is known as ‘the taker’ in Hindu astrology.

All three temples were constructed during the Chola dynasty between the 7th and 11th centuries A.D. and showcase the Dravidian architectural style, characterized by a 5-tiered central tower with intricate exteriors.
