A great experience with a great guide - A great experience with a friendly, informative and helpful guide. We got picked up at our address by our guide Dnyndeep and Satish the driver. For the entire journey Dnyndeep gave us lots of background to the history of Goa, pointing out landmarks and their relevance on our journey to the Dudhsager waterfall. The trip to the national park was in a modern air conditioned vehicle in good condition. When we got to the national park, this swaps over and our guide waits for us. He organised our tickets and coordinated with our Jeep driver to find suitable people for us to travel with up to the waterfall. The national park only allows its jeeps and drivers and has strict controls on what you are allowed to take into the park. Our guide waited for us at the base as we went on the 45 minute bumpy journey into the jungle. We spent ninety minutes at the waterfall which you could swim etc. For gods sake dont feed the monkeys! There is a 15 minute walk there and back between the actual waterfall and the jeep car park. The terrain is a little rough. I had knee surgery ten weeks prior and I was able to manage it. But if you have general mobility issues you might need to think about the walk. When we returned Dnyndeep was waiting for us and we drove to the spice plantation. Quite fascinating we had lunch, which had a nice not so hot section and a “if you want it like a local” with meat and vegetable dishes. The tour of the plantation was a small circuit away from the lunch area and through to the gift shop, but in there you did get to see what they do, and some of what you might think about how we get spices and fruits get thrown in the air. Very friendly and informative. From memory, we saw vanilla, red green and black pepper, cocoa beans, cinnamon, jackfruit, pineapple, allspice, nutmeg, turmeric and banana plants. And we bought a few things and then we got a lift home. The advantage of the guide and driver was the convenience, the ease of getting from one place to another, no standing in line. Well worth it.

Top notch tour company that delivered the most exhilarating tour of our India tour - From the pre-tour conversation till the completion of the tour, everything was perfectly organized. The guide and the driver took great care of us. We wanted to do off the trail experience away from the busy beaches of Goa, and the waterfall tour completely matched our expectations, a little bumpy jeep ride on the off-road trails, a pristine forest with a massive waterfall inside, it was a heaven. Later we learned a lot about the spices and how they are grown under natural environment. We had read the tour description completely, so we were ready for a local indian meal inside the farm and we really enjoyed the local flavors, it is always nice to try something new. Thanks to Mr Jai Singh who is the honour if the tour company for always being in touch with their clients and making them feel comfortable in a new country expected the waterfall to be

Brilliant tour - We had an absolutely fantastic experience on the Dudhsagar Waterfall, Wildlife, and Spice Plantation Tour in Goa! The trip was perfectly organized from start to finish — our private car was comfortable, clean, and arrived right on time. Our guide was exceptional — friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and shared so many interesting facts along the way, making the entire journey both fun and educational. The scenic beauty of Dudhsagar Waterfall was breathtaking, and exploring the spice plantation was an enriching experience. We learned a lot about local spices and their uses, and the whole day felt relaxed yet wonderfully fulfilling. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Goa — it’s a perfect combination of nature, adventure, and culture, made even better by the excellent guide and flawless organization!

Overall Great Excursion - I received a private pick up from Panaji. At the jeep transfer spot 6 people are paired together, so waiting could be required until there are enough people. The guide does not go with you in the jeep / to the waterfall. After time spent at the waterfall I rejoined my guide to go to spice plantation. I visited Tropical Spice which was very nice and interesting. The grounds tour is led by a Tropical Spice representative. While the guide is not really involved with the excursions / activities Narayan really did go above and beyond for me. I mentioned the cathedral and basilica had been unexpectedly closed the previous day, and he offered to make a quick stop before drop off at my hotel. Narayan is intelligent and funny; I appreciated my time.

Not great & overpriced - I deleted my last review as I got such a negative and quite frankly aggressive response from the company I felt threatened and removed it as I was still in India and was worried of repercussions. I’m not now, So here it is… It was a good start to the day as the guide was prompt and then the long drive to the waterfall start point . We then were taken on a long bumpy jeep ride up to the waterfall itself. Then we had to navigate ourselves through forest which wasn’t too bad but although the waterfall was beautiful and the monkeys were a delight , the rocks you have to navigate are treacherous especially the wet rocks and the chance of cheeky monkeys stealing your belongings is high. We got an hour and half to see everything which wasn’t enough time as it felt very rushed. Back to the bumpy jeep ride which was fine but I saw no wildlife on the way back so not really a safari. Then to the plantation which was another long drive then a quick 20 minute walk around a circle to see a few spice plants and trees ( Justin our guide was informative and funny) but again not enough time. Then a bit of lunch which was not to my taste. Meat was mostly bones and some other not very nice things. As a chef I would expect better quality for the price you pay for this trip. They have a designated smoking point which I used but didn’t buy anything as it looked sparse and overpriced. I asked my guide if they still do elephant experiences in Goa and he informed me that at the plantation we were in they did have them but only on Mondays. Apparently it’s in the part of the plantation. called the jungle book. I don’t believe in animal cruelty at all but if the animals are being treated nicely and you get to see them and feed them that would have made the trip more worthwhile. Wasn’t worth the money in my opinion.
