Highlights

Cusco - Llama Experience - Sacred Valley - Machupicchu Pueblo.

Sacred Valley of the Incas - After breakfast, you’ll be picked up from your Cusco hotel and driven to the city’s northern part. Our first stop is the amazing Llama Experience, where you can interact with these charming animals, feed them, and learn about the fascinating world of camelids.

Continuing our journey, we make several brief stops along the way. Our next destination is the town of Pisac. Explore the magnificent Inca site and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the town. Following the winding path of the Urubamba River, we finally arrive in Ollantaytambo. Amidst breathtaking natural scenery, we enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant.

In Ollantaytambo, our exploration continues as we delve into the mysteries of the Inca site, marveling at structures that have stood the test of time. We will board the train to Machu Picchu Pueblo, also known as Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, we will ensure a transfer to your hotel.

Manos De La Comunidad - Visit the amazing animal center, learn about Andean weaving techniques, pet a llama or alpaca, and even see the Andean condor.

Pisac - One of the most important Inca sites in the Sacred Valley; take a stroll, look around, and learn about this city perched on a mountain.

Archaeological Park Ollantaytambo - See the spectacular Ollantaytambo Inca temple.

Ollantaytambo - Step inside the museum, explore the original streets, and think about how the people who live there use the Inca town.

Sunrise at Machu Picchu - Cusco

Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu - Early in the morning, head to the bus station for the 25-minute drive up to Machu Picchu, visit the best spot, and take a guided tour of the citadel. If you choose to go super early, you can reach the citadel in time to see the sunrise over the Inca site. The magnificent handiwork of the Incas is abundantly evident even after centuries; this was first set into place by engineers and architects. The precision of the carved walls contrasts sharply with the wild, green mountains and steep highlands. Huayna Picchu and the Drawbridge are optional places to see and visit. The more adventurous will take a 55-minute climb up the nearby peak of Huayna Picchu. Officials limit the number of visitors to Huayna Picchu to 400 per day, and tickets need to be purchased in advance. After your Machu Picchu day, you will take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes and return to Ollantaytambo. Note: Train tickets are not included. We can book them for an extra cost.

Aguas Calientes - Savor the most well-known new town, Pueblo Machupicchu, with its sculptures.

PERUVIAN EXCELLENCE! - Fredy was an incredible tour guide- patient, calm and considerate not only of my family (and our reactions to the altitude!) but also the landscape and Incan heritage! We didn’t feel rushed, and followed Fredy’s wise words and had an incredible 2 day adventure from viewing points of the sacred valley, salt mines, Moray, Ollantaytambo, and then Machu Picchu! We also had additional stops at villages en route, and no matter what question I asked Fredy, he always had an answer and never held back! Truly was a tour by a local, we accomplished and learned so much in a short space of time but with Fredy, we knew we were safe and everything would be okay. Especially at Machu Picchu, Fredy ensured we didn’t get swept away with the other tourists, busy taking photos without much thought. Instead, Fredy kept us in open areas, and moved us to more remote spots that had better views and greater opportunity for him to explain the history and heritage better! Worth it, 100%! Thank you Fredy! And best of luck in the future!

One of the best experiences of my life so far! - This tour is an utterly incredible experience and by far one of the best things I've ever done. What makes it so special has to be Freddy, the tour guide. His expertise, friendliness and organisation are stand out and everything was seamless with him. It's a huge relief as a tourist to know you're in safe hands, so you don't have to worry about anything - simply enjoy yourself and take in the amazing scenery and the huge amount of info that Freddy shares. He knows everything! Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased to have gone on this tour and have Freddy as our guide.

Machu Picchu & Sacred Valley - best guide EVER! Fredy from Inca Soul - Perú Tour Experiences - The tour that Fredy guided us on - Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley was everything (and more) that we asked for. His English is excellent and his historical knowledge is superb. His insights and deep spiritual feelings for the sacred sites is palpable. He was engaging, thoughtful, passionate and extremely helpful. He seems to know everyone! and he knows all the best places for photo opportunities plus all those tricks and hacks to smooth the way in Machu Picchu and the archeological sites in the Sacred Valley. If you have paid all that money to travel to Peru don’t stint on the cost of the guide. You may only ever visit once so hire the best there is - Fredy from Inca Soul Perú Tour Experiences. I travel a great deal and have used guides across the world. In my opinion he is one of the best, most trustworthy and knowledgeable guides I have ever come across.

Unbelievable Experience - We had an incredible experience with Inca Soul. When we started planning our last minute visit to Perú, we weren't sure we would be able to see Machu Picchu. However, Freddy and the team made it happen for us. We had a lovely, private 2 day tour tailored to what we wanted to do. The guides were educational and fun to be around. We love Inca Soul!

Experience Peru with the Pros at Inca Soul - The Team at Inca Soul was great! They customized our tour to what we wanted to do. They gave us alternatives, but they always seemed to focus on what we were interested in. Sometimes, guides provide information overload. Fredy gave us the right amount of history without overloading us. Our Trip was well executed, and they went above and beyond to make it a great experience. I highly recommend using Inca Soul to plan your next adventure in Peru.
