Salkantay 5 day trek - I done the salkantay 5 day trek to Machu Piccu with my 15 year old son, the first 2 days are a tough hike reaching 4650m above sea level, the scenery was stunning and the guide Hipo was very informative, friendly and spoke excellent English, after 2 days he felt more like a friend than a guide. The food at the campsites was also amazing, a wide variety of typical Peruvian food and snacks. The ziplines, suspension bridge and hot springs were all amazing experiences as well. Seeing Machu Piccu was a breathtaking experience. The agent Everton who i booked with was extremely helpful and friendly and organised everything for us without any problems. I highly recommend this excursion
