Libearty Bear Sanctuary Zarnesti - Where each bear offers a lesson for life. Created in the memory of Maya, the Libearty Sanctuary is now the home of 100 brown bears, rescued from miserable living conditions, being abused in captivity.
Recognized by many specialists as the most ethical sanctuary in the world, its territory lays on 69 hectares of coniferous forests located near Brasov
Sibiu - Continuing our adventure, we’ll head towards Sibiu, also known as Hermannstadt by its Saxon name. As the European Capital of Culture in 2007, Sibiu boasts 900 years of history, evident in its old fortification walls, guild-named towers, central squares, and historic buildings. Immersed in art and culture, Sibiu offers a rich cultural experience, making it a city well worth exploring. We’ll spend the night in Sibiu.
