A great time! - This was so much fun! Our guides (Catalino, Carlo, and Yerso) were amazing! We started off with the waterfall slides. The hike to the waterfalls is quite a hike with many steep hills and steps to climb, but it was all worth it. The water was cool and refreshing after the hike. Our guides made sure we were equipped with helmets and water vests and explained how to go down the water slides to avoid injury. We had such a great time one each slide. One of them (I believe it was Carlo) took video and pictures throughout the entire trip. You could take a Go Pro with you (in your hand for the waterfalls but for the ziplining, you needed to bring an attachment for their helmets; otherwise, you could not bring anything with you on the ziplining). They sold their videos and pictures at the end, and we definitely bought them as there were over 100 pictures/videos. After ziplining, they took us to a restaurant where they served us an authentic Dominican meal. Then, they walked us around the property and shared with us the different plants/fruits they grow. We also got to meet a Macaw parrot and take pictures with him. Then, it was off to ziplining. I believe we did six different lines, and they were all fun. We had an absolute blast, and our guides' personalities made it even better! :-)

Mega Drive & Splash was MEGA Awesome! - This excursion was awesome. Eduardo and all of the folks at Mega Adventures went out of their way to make this a great experience for our family and friends. Highly recommend booking with them!

Great adventure! - 100% recommend this excursion! We had Catalino, Modesto, and Jerman for our staff and they were absolutely amazing. Very attentive, communicative, knowledgeable and helpful! They made sure we knew what was going on and were very friendly. The excursion is definitely a mod to high physical intensity activity due to stair incline and uneven pathways throughout the forest but if you can make it through the walk there it is sooo worth it once you hit the water.

A MUST!!! - My husband and I just got back from our 10 day aboard the Carnival Venezia. This was the BEST excursion we have ever done!!! Juana, Alex, Felix and team made this experience one for the books!! Juana was the most fun guide and she was full of knowledge about not only the experience, but the surroundings as well. She made sure everyone was taken care of. Our belongings were always safe and so were we. We first did the hike to the waterfalls. The hike is not for folks that cannot handle nature, uneven terrain, hills or deal with the sliding and plunging into water. My husband and I are stronger swimmers and had no problem navigating through. You HAVE TO get completely submerged on this excursion. Please ensure you know this so that you don’t ruin the experience for others, as we had someone that did not know this and Juana handled it with the utmost grace. The zip lining was fun, and there was staff at every stop ensuring safety of you and your equipment. We felt safe and secure the entire time. There is a level of fitness to this as well, as you are climbing steep and narrow stairways into the trees. The last thing was the food which was much earned after all the fun. It was delicious, and served buffet style (rice, beans, chicken, salad, pasta, etc.) I highly suggest purchasing the Dominican Chocolate or coffee! We were given a sample and fell in love. This was the best experience we had on our cruise and would recommend this to everyone! Purchase your photos directly from the photo person!! Bring money with you, as it was about $80 for all the photos vs online it’s more expensive. Alex emailed us the photos within 48 hours. You can also use PayPal to pay him as well. Everything was clean, organized and FUN!!!!!! Please do yourself a favor and GET THIS EXCURSION!!! You won’t regret it!! Note: We took this excursion 12/5/2023. The weather was humid and 80s. This will also take up your entire day in the DR. We only had about 30 minutes til we had to return to the ship. Also, YOU MUST HAVE GOOD WATER SHOES YOU CAN WALK IN!! But this was perfect!!

Amazing adventure! Average to good shape recommended. Waterfalls were exhilarating. The zip line was easy to do and fun! - The guides were wonderful. They asked after our health and how we were feeling repeatedly throughout the day. They had water shoes available for purchase, provided bottled water to drink, escorted us on and off the truck, guided us throughout the entire trip, and told us lovely stories about their culture and history. The 45 minute hike up the trail to the start of the waterslides Seemed intimidating at first, but the guides stopped frequently to let us rest and catch our breath. Even though there were multiple groups going at the same time, the pacing was perfect. We did not feel crowded or rushed. We had a guide at the front and back of our group at all times. The zip line adventure was seamless. That went very quickly. The waterslide adventure had some downtime in between slides to admire the scenery. The photographer did a wonderful job. His prices are very reasonable and he provided us links to the photos and the video we purchased in a timely fashion. The whole team was very professional and I would certainly travel with them again. Avery was amazing. I have provided a picture of him. Ask for him by name!

Best Mega Adventure ever. - Never done an excursion before, but my experience was above and beyond with Mega Adventures, especially with our guide and crew, Osvaldo Duran, Jose and Alejandro our paparazzi lol, is really recommended you won't regret it, simple AMAZING.

Amazing Experience!!!!! - This experience was 20/10!!!! My favorite experience was seeing the beautiful DR environment and interacting with the locals. Our guide from Mega adventures Francisco was amazing and knowledgeable about the history of the DR and their neighboring country Haiti. There is a 45 minute hike up a hill but there are a few areas to rest on the way up. They are very patient and helpful with non swimmers as some of the pools are a bit deep. This experience is truly adrenaline filled and beautiful!!!!

10/10 would absolutely recommend!! - I loved everything about this trip! The guide Edwin was great and very informative. Bolivar was a great driver! The photographer was always ready to take pics at the best locations! The food was delicious! And the zip lines and waterfall slides where loads of fun!! I would 100% would do this again!

BEST EXCURSION EVER - Our excursion in the Dominican Republic was hiking uphill for 40 minutes then down a bunch of stairs for another 15 minutes to the Damajagua Waterfalls. I didn't think Z and I would make it 🤣 hiking is not our thing and we were STRUGGLING 🤣🤣🤣 it wasn't cute 🤣 shout out to all those fine domician guides on our tour 😏 Hey Steven ❤️ they stayed at the back of hike with Z and practically pushed her butt up the mountain while Steven distracted me by talking to me the whole way up 😏 we finally got to the Waterfalls and I was scared and one of the guys just pushed me into the water, not ok sir 🤣🤣🤣 we ended the excursion with some traditional Dominican food and trying hot chocolate made with fresh cocoa beans pulled right off the tree before going Ziplining, which I also wasn't excited about but hey the things you do to make memories with your kid.
