Once in a lifetime experience! - We joined the truffle hunting + pasta making class and it is definitely the highlight of our Tuscany trip! The view at the farm was breathtaking. The truffle hunt experience was very eye opening, we got a bunch of Bianchetto truffles!! Making our own pasta and having lunch with this amazing view - we just couldn’t ask for more. The hosts are super duper nice, showed great hospitality and we are definitely coming back if we visit Tuscany again. Highly recommend!!!

One of a Kind Tuscany Experience - What an amazing and unique experience! Camilla, Fabrizzio, and Niccolo welcomed us into their home and gave us a real Tuscan experience. We started our day going on a truffle hunt with professional truffle hunter, JaMarco and his dog. Then, we used the truffles we found in our pasta lunch. We learned to make homemade pasta. We ate appetizers and drank wine in the greenhouse. The whole property has amazing views of the rolling Tuscan hills. The food was amazing! After our pasta we finished off our meal with dessert. This was our favorite experience in Tuscany and we would recommend to anyone!

Conserving ruffle hunting? pick this tour! - What an amazing day! Started off with a truffle hunt led by Giancarlo and Afro. Was so interesting to learn about the types of truffles and how the dogs are trained to find them. We went at the end of the season but still the dog was able to find many truffles. Then onward to the farm and we made pasta ( including ravioli). A feast for dinner, an amazing view, a lovely family and delectable treats- truffle salt, truffle honey, truffle oil, truffle appetizers, truffle on pasta! We were so full still didn’t need breakfast the next morning! If you are considering truffle hunting you won’t be disappointed!

Unique, not something we can do at home - This was a one of a kind experience! We got to meet and spend the day with the farmer! We went truffle hunting with Afro, and while we were not guaranteed to find any black truffles, we found 17! It was a great hunt! Fabizio was extremely knowledgeable and was excited to tell us his story of the farm and his family. My husband and I both found him very interesting to listen too. After truffle hunting, we learned to make pasta, again from the farmer! We were the only ones on the hunt that day, so we had a lovely lunch for 2!

The highlight of our time in Tuscany!❤️ - This has been one of the most amazing experience me and my husband have ever lived, its a family run farm, they are super kind, we went to truffle hunt with Seli, we learned about truffles, did a cooking class after and ate deliciously with the most amazing view and company, definitely recommend this experience so much!

We had a surreal truffle hunt with Macchia (trained) dog who found over a dozen fresh black truffles for us. Afterwards we had a great time making fresh egg noodles pasta. Camilla topped it all off with charcuterie and crostini. Fabrizio enhanced the meal with a his own vintage white and red wine. Highly recommend !!!

Unforgettable experience! - Amazing! If you are looking to tick every box for Tuscany in one go you should do this experience. Beginning the day with a walk through ancient forests, accompanied by the experienced truffle hunter and his dog, as well as the host, it was the unforgettable. Could have spent all day just sitting on a log and absorbing the surroundings. Following the truffle hunt (found 6-8), we went back to the house and made truffle pasta from scratch, enjoyed a glass of wine while we walked the grounds and took in the serenity. The lunch was cooked by the hosts and their son (one of the courses was the pasta and made), and felt somewhere between a lovingly home-cooked meal and a Michelin star restaurant. The hosts made us feel at home and had a wealth of knowledge about the area and its produce. Book this! You won’t regret it.

The Highlight of Our Trip to Italy! - This amazing experience was the highlight of our trip to Italy! I am not exaggerating when I say it felt like something straight out of a movie. We arrived at the farm in the morning and spent an hour exploring the surrounding woods looking for truffles with our guide and his dog. It was so much fun following them through the woods in hunt of the truffles below the leaves. After we found several perfect truffles, we returned to the farmhouse and learned how to make fresh pasta with the owners. They were so generous and made us feel like we were welcomed friends. Their kindness and hospitality was above and beyond. We enjoyed a delicious lunch with food and wine grown on the farm and the pasta and truffles from earlier. The food was some of the best we had on our whole vacation. I would HIGHLY recommend this experience to anyone that loves great food and a little adventure!
