Great but long drive - We did the desert tour from Fez to Marrakech, sleeping one night in the desert camp in Merzouga and one night in a hotel in Ourzazate. For me, the trip to the desert was one of the highlights of the Morocco trip and it was really worth it! However, you have to be aware that you will spend a lot of time in the car, but that wasn't a bad thing as you stop every 1-2 hours to look at something. In addition, it gets incredibly cold at night in the desert (we were there at the beginning of March) (around 3-4 degrees) - especially because you sleep in a tent in the desert camp - so pack warm things ;)

Desert fun - Fantastic tour! Definitely recommend, our first guide Driss was incredibly friendly and informative. The desert was the highlight and had tall, beautiful dunes. We especially enjoyed sandboarding and the camel ride. Be sure to bring a decent amount cash though because you will have to buy lunch and drinks and nowhere accepts cards. Also be prepared for the camel drivers to ask for money for pictures or try to guilt you into buying an overpriced souvenir

Trustworthy Tour Company Provides Lots of Enjoyable Stops on this Desert Adventure! - We went on the 3days Fez to Marrakech with 1 night in Merzouga, 1 night in Ouarzazate. I would highly recommend this trip and this tour provider. 3t Travel is a legit company! Our tour guide Mohamed was friendly and competent, and driver Hassan actually checked the oil, water, and tire pressure on the trip. That gave me and my husband confidence, although few, if any, passengers may have noticed. They picked us up from our riad in Fes and delivered us to our hotel in Marrakech, all part of the service. Our accommodations were very good in the desert and in Ouarzazate. Although Merzouga and the camel ride was the highlight of the tour, we actually made so many stops along the way. I brought the printed itinerary with me, and I can vouch that they stopped at every stop indicated. In particular, we enjoyed the Fall trees in Ifrane and the entertaining Macaque monkeys in the cedar forests, the hike to Todra Gorges, the tour at Atlas Studios, and the side trip to Ait Ben Haddou. It may seem expensive, but for transportation, two nights' accommodations, camel ride, sightseeing, 4 meals, and a great guide, the price/value is excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Oh, and I read in a review that their van was not air-conditioned. Actually, we had the same issue. The front seats were quite comfortable, and the guide didn't realize that it was hot for the passengers until I asked him to turn on the air, which he gladly did. Sometimes, our discomfort can be fixed by simply asking...

A tour to experience! - Absolutely a tour to recommend! We spend three wonderful days, visiting unique places in the world. From Fes to Marrakesh through the desert you can't help but be enchanted. The desert is a magical experience, the camel ride at sunset a unique experience. The desert tent we slept in is a real luxury room. The dinner, the company, the show and the management of the kids on campus were extraordinary. In the three days we covered many kilometers and saw many villages, cities, markets, canyons and wonderful landscapes. We were accompanied by two wonderful drivers Abdul and Mohamed. With Mohamed the journey was pure joy, a person with a contagious smile, he made us laugh, listen to music and made the journey in the minibus light and fun. This tour, in addition to giving us the opportunity to have unique experiences, introduced us to wonderful people with immense hearts.

From Fes: desert trip of between days and two nights Marrakech - Experience not to be missed! The driver was very attentive to fulfill all our needs (including delays). We were picked up from Fez and before arriving in the desert we made several stops in very nice locations. Once in the desert we slept one night in an equipped tent: bathroom, shower etc. and we took a camel ride + added the quad experience (highly recommended €70 as a couple, €50 alone) and sand board with table offered by the structure. The following day we stayed in a very nice and international hotel before arriving on the last day in Marrakech. Despite the temperature range, in the desert in August it is very hot even at night. Water is never included and must be purchased separately! It was very nice to do this trip with the guide Abdul.

4 Days Fes to Marrakech! Our guide Hamza was amazing! - Hamza guided my friends and I from Fes to Marrakech via the desert over 4 days 3 nights. The tour was meticulously planned and our guide, Hamza was so knowledgeable. This is a must do bucket list trip if you are visiting Morocco! Highly recommend the 4 days to see all the attractions Morocco has to offer. Hamza had excellent communication speaking great English, entertaining our group daily and also informing us of the endless sites we came across. Hamza is a fantastic driver which made our group feel safe and reassured throughout the mountainous commute to Marrakech. He catered the tour to our preferences, allowing us to create our own time schedule and pick and choose which attractions to stop at along the way. Hamza always made sure we were comfortable and was always ready with his lovely air conditioned vehicle (very necessary during 40 degrees Moroccan days) in the mornings and picking us up after tourist attractions. I highly recommend requesting for Hamza as your guide as he was phenomenal. The desert, accommodation and food along this tour were unmatched and the entire group agreed that it has become our most memorable holiday.

Great for a solo traveler - Had a great time with an excellent driver and team on the ground! I enjoyed the camel ride and found the accommodations to be comfortable. I didn’t need three days in the desert, but would be great if you want ATV rides and other desert excursions.
