- Gullfoss Waterfall - Be captivated by the majestic Gullfoss waterfall. The immense power of the falls is awe-inspiring, and its history is equally remarkable.
- Secret Lagoon - Gamla Laugin - This tour also allows time to unwind and relax like a local. Your adventure commences with a mid-morning pick up, as you climb aboard a cozy, climate-controlled minivan en route to the Golden Circle.
Throughout the morning you’ll encounter the majestic Gullfoss Waterfall, the spectacular Geysir Geyser, and Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where the North American and Eurasian continental plates meet.
The tour includes ample opportunity to unwind in the tranquil Secret Lagoon hot spring pool.

Great day out - Trond was a fantastic tour guide and really knowledgeable. The gullfoss waterfall was particularly stunning and we had plenty of time at each spot to explore and take lots of pictures. The secret lagoon was a great way to end the day and think we all would have spent longer there if we could! Advise to take packed lunch if any diary requirements as lunch spot can be bit limiting. A great day and would recommend!

We love supporting small local tour operators that offer a personal touch! - We made the right decision booking this supplier- Gateway to Iceland! Though we were initially confused since our voucher said pickup at our hotel, we were able to make contact through our hotel & get to City bus stop 1 for our pickup. We learned so much from our tour guide & driver, Gummi. His narrative was not only historical but had recent to current day updates about energy, building developments, and local families. The pace between stops was just right. Weather was rainy and a little cool but the Secret Lagoon visit at the end of day was perfect for warmth & relaxation!

Amazing with Iceland - Nice city and the inhabitants welcome well the tourists! Good food, mtas souvenir shops with mtos puffins, vickings, volcanic stones in collars and etc

Our guide Tron was exceptional and went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasurable and informative day exploring the stops along the Golden Circle. He visited all the locations noted as well as a few bonus stops not on the itinerary. The pace and information shared were phenomenal!

Amazing tour! - This was a perfect introduction to this beautiful country, it’s history and culture. Gummi was a fabulous guide and the amount of information he shared was incredible. We saw waterfalls, snowy mountains, geysers, and best of all a soak in the secret lagoon. A truly memorable adventure with just the right amount of information and experiences. - loved it!!

Even more than bargained for - Third was a fantastic tour guide! He shared fun stories and really brought Icelandic history to life. He made a few extra stops that added even more to the day. Awesome sites, awesome guide!

Outstanding day excursions around Iceland - Gateway to Iceland offeree outstanding excursions including Golden Circle, Staefallsnes Peninsula & also South Coast.
Scenery was outstanding. Good balance of driving to places and having quality time to walk around & see and experience the places. Lots of driving yet didn’t feel too long as lots of stops & plenty of time to walk around.
Guides (Ian & Gummi) were knowledgeable, insightful & friendly/ welcoming throughout the trips.
Comfortable vehicles. Safe driving. Small group sizes unlike some other companies using large coaches. Safety comes first. There are some bad reviews online stating tours were cancelled but if the Icelandic weather brings gale force winds or flooding then of course the operators need to cancel the trips, we trust GTIce to make the right decisions with safety in mind. In our experience- all trips went ahead as planned.

Golden circle tour - The tour group was small and cosy. The tour guide provided a lot of useful information about Iceland. The main highlight was the secret lagoon at the end of the tour.
