Exceptional - Top notch customer service. We loved the reservation process. Fani helped us a lot by email and answered all our questions. We customized the tour and the costs were super affordable. Our guide, Ana, was super punctual and friendly on the excursion. During the trip we talked and he informed us a lot. The quality of the transportation and staff was exceptional. From the visit to KRKA National Park we arrived at Skradin, visited Kliss Fortress and downtown Split. Our experience was almost perfect. I recommend them.

Not a “private tour” - There was not a guide or tour as implied in the title but just a car service. The car service was excellent but felt the ad should be modified to reflect this isn’t a guided tour. We expect a private tour as stated but had to figure it out on our own - drivers said the guide would meet us at reception in the park.
