Upon departing from Split, your journey begins with a visit to the quaint town of Skradin, situated on the right bank of the Krka river. Enjoy a refreshing stroll and a cup of coffee as you take in the river scene which is distinctly different to that within the National Park. After your leisurely stroll through the charming town, it’s time to explore the Krka Waterfalls. The cascading features, totalling seven sloping waterfalls with an overall drop of 224m, make Krka a marvel of nature and an outstanding karst phenomenon. Not to miss is the Skradinski Buk, the river’s final and longest barrier stretch, which is among the most extraordinary and breathtaking landscapes in the Krka National Park.
