• Badshahi Ashurkhana - An Ashurkhana serves as a place of mourning for Shia Muslims on Ashura, the 10th day of Muharram. It was established by Muhammed Quli Qutb Shah in 1594. Consequently, the city boasts numerous Ashurkhanas, following the completion of the Charminar to commemorate the new city of Hyderabad in 1591. The vibrant tile-mosaic decoration was finalized under Abdullah Qutb Shah in 1611. After the Mughal conquest of Hyderabad, Aurangzeb, in a display of Sunni sectarianism, repurposed it as a horse stable for the Mughal cavalry.
• Pathergatti Road - Pathar Gatti was constructed during the reign of the last Nizam of Hyderabad State, Mir Osman Ali Khan, in 1911. Named Pathargatti due to its stone construction, it was designed by the esteemed engineer Vishveshwaraiah in a unique Osmanian architectural style.
• Char Kaman - Char Kaman translates to four gates. Following the completion of Charminar, approximately 75 meters to its north, four grand arches known as Char Kaman were erected in 1592 by the founder along with Gulzar Houz. The four arches are named Charminar Kaman, Machli Kaman, Kali Kaman, and Sher-e-Batil-Ki-Kaman. These arches stand fifty feet tall and outline an open square, in front of which a Qutb Shahi palace once stood.
• Gulzar Houz - Gulzar Houz was constructed 350 feet equidistant from the surrounding Char Kaman. Initially 12-sided, it later became octagonal and today appears almost circular. It was an octagonal-shaped water reservoir designed to quench the thirst of soldiers, traders, and travelers.
• Charminar - Established in 1591 A.D. by Muhammed Quli Qutb Shah, this is one of the world’s renowned tourist attractions. • Mecca Masjid - This 400-year-old historic structure is the ultimate symbol of magnificence. The vast hall can accommodate up to 10,000 people. Relish the serene atmosphere around the water fountain. Visit the solemn graves of former rulers in the first courtyard from the entrance. Afterwards, relax on the black benches beside the pond and admire the setting sun.
