Great wine tour for your buck! - Definitely recommend this tour if your looking to have a great wine tour in Hvar! Our driver was excellent and both wineries gave such great hospitality! Didn’t feel rushed at all and tasted many types of wine! Most importantly we got to go to a really nice wine cellar for great pics and experience.

Awesome tour with great hosts! - What a great tour! We got picked up from and dropped off at our hotel. Our guides name was Paulo, and he was incredible! Paulo was right on time. Very nice and scenic drive on roads going up and on the side of hills to our first winery, the Lacman Family Winery. (PS - map Itinerary is wrong. Lacman is closer to Old Town Hvar than the Dubokovic Winery and NOT on Brac island). Paulo is from Hvar, and was very knowledgeable regarding the lavender fields and history of the island! Boards/food showed is exactly what we got at the Lacman Family winery and quite good. Wines were tasty, and we tried Orange wine for the first time, which was a nice surprise and change! Rose and reds also very good. Cheese served went well with reds. The drive to Dubokovic was nice. This winery is in the basement of a large building, and wow this place is special. Nice and cool, ambiance is amazing surrounded by bottles, barrels, & candles. The grandson of the owner was our host and he was very knowledgeable and polite. I personally like it’s a family business! We tried a total of 9 wines here, which is very nice. We then went straight back to Hvar town and dropped off at our hotel. For Paulo, Lacman Family Winery, & the Dubokovic Winery, well done, thank you for helping make our trip to Hvar so special! I highly recommend this tour to anyone and everyone - Enjoy!

Huge orange wine girl! - Our driver Frano (I hope I’m spelling it right) was awesome! He was so nice and kind, and even laughed at our dumb jokes. He gave us an explanation about the mountains, the vegetation, showed us pictures of the lava def fields. The wineries were INCREDIBLE! Let me tell you about the orange wine - HOLLY MOLLY! WHAT A DELICACY 🧡 we totally bought orange wine from Locman ! DELICIOUS WINE! Anna from Duvokovic winery was so soooo nice! What an incredible experience, full of delicious wine, and amazing view, old school basements full of barrels, candles, and nice people! We are so glad we did this tour!

Amazing wine tour, not to be missed - My husband and I had an amazing time on this wine tour. Leo picked us up from our hotel and described the landscape, history, and culture of Hvar while he drove us to the first winery. He is very passionate about the island, happy to answer any questions and we learned a lot in the few hours we had together. The first winery, Lacman Family Winery, was a beautiful location at the top of a hill, overlooking the island where we tried 4 wonderful wines. 2 were orange wines which we really enjoyed, along with a delicious platter of local appetizers. The tasting guide was excellent and took very good care of us, and then we departed for the second winery, Duboković. There we had a unique experience, tasting 8 wonderful wines in the cellar by candlelight, as well as several olive oils. The chilli oil was our favourite but we enjoyed them all and had a second taste of our favourite wines. All in all, a fantastic way to spend the day, see a lot of the island and experience the local culture. 10/10 recommend!!

A wonderful experience - We had a great time on the wine tour. Our driver was very friendly and the wine was amazing. It was about 3-4 hours long which was perfect to leave us the afternoon to walk around Hvar Town. I highly recommend.

Great tour and wineries - Loved our tour! Our driver Rino was very nice and explained the history of the island on our ride. Overall great experience and would recommend!

Lots of wine :) - This trip was amazing! After picking up only two other people that joined us on our tour (total group size of 4 people), we were driven around the area of Hvar town by our driver, who was able to tell great stories about the history and life in the area. He took us to several viewing points on the route to the first winery, where we were able to taste 4 wines (orange, rose & red). After this stop, where we were also served a platter of cheeses, meats and bruschetta, we were driven to the second stop. The second winery was ma favorite - we sampled 8 different wines and 6 different types of olive oil. Especially the vibe second winery is very special, as it is in a cellar. Although the lights went out due to a thunderstorm, our host was not interrupted and we were able to finish the wine tasting by candlelight. After this all, we were driven to our appartement. Overall great experience, better than expected!

Wonderful wine tour! - We had a wonderful experience visiting both the wineries they had picked in Hvar. Such unique places! Also our driver was awesome and took us to see some amazing views and pictures along the way.

Wine galore - Enjoyable tour, Franjo was knowledgeable and a great guide. Enjoyed both wine tastings however the second visit was more enjoyable due to the ambiance and experience of the vinter. Although it is a food and wine tour it’s more about the wine.

Bad Value for Price - There was no actual tour component to this wine “tour.” The first winery was actually pleasant. The hostess was friendly and presented us with an eclectic mix of 6 tastings. However, we did not actually get to see the facilities where the wine is prepared. The second winery presented itself with very skimpy pours and an unengaged hostess who rushed us out during our last tasting. The driver was very nice and the vehicle was clean and smooth, but he did not note anything related to the surroundings. Overall, this was a highly overpriced tasting, not a tour.
