Relaxing - Perfect way to spend a few hrs out on the water with the gorgeous coastline as a highlight. Dolphins everywhere even though was not officially a dolphin tour so a great added bonus. Crew friendly & accommodating if anything required.

Great trip even for locals not just tourists! - Seriously, this was the best ever. I've lived in the shoalhaven for a long time and never thought I'd go on a touristy boat tour around jervis bay, but when my parents came out from austria I booked this one. And I cannot recommend it high enough for anyone that lives around these magnificent shores. The staff were super friendly and pointed out loads of informative details along the way...... and the scenery absolutely spectacular. All in all, a great tour. Thank you.

Amazing. - Absolutely amazing, such a beautiful trip, Captain Kenny and first mate Paula were great. Went out of their way to see the dolphin pod, and scenery, Paula was great with everyone on board, Chatty and entertaining. Kenny was a wealth of marine information Can’t rate these guys high enough and the company. Mark.

Jevis Bay beaches & history - A Great day out exploring Jervis Bay beaches, a bit choppy water near the open heads, otherwise a smooth experience

Beautiful Beach, in good weather. - The beach is renowned for the colour of its pristine white sand, considered the whitest sand in the world. Indeed it is very white, but I have seen much whiter ones in Thailand. The beach is very large, very beautiful with a beautiful sun, because it is the sun that gives the beautiful turquoise color to the beach as always. If you come in a little overcast weather, see in rainy weather, you absolutely will not see what you see in the beautiful photos. However it is a beautiful place to visit Consider that there is absolutely nothing around. No Restaurant, no place to drink something so bring your water bottles or picnic. At the top of the steps you have a water point to rinse your feet and a toilet that must also be used to change. We rented a car from SYDNEY to make the round trip during the day. This is done but there is no quick voice. So it takes you about 2:30-2:45 go and the same for the return. It is recommended to spend a night in the area

Disappointed with type of boat - Extremely disappointed when a large cruise type boat showed up at the dock. Very different to the smaller speed boat pictured/advertised. I purposely booked this tour for the type of boat. I addressed the issue with the lady at check-in and was met with a dismissive attitude and she walked away from me.

Overpriced, overrated and dishonest advertising - Arrived at the pier as requested @ 10:30 for an 11 am departure. We were suppose to board @ 10:45, this didn’t commence until 11:15, departed @ 11:25. No apology or explanation from shore staff or crew while we waited in full sun. The boat that arrived was significantly different to the one advertised in pictures. It has very limited shaded sitting outdoors unlike the boat advertised. Very very disappointing and I raised the false advertising with shore staff and was met with indifference and defensive attitudes. In addition to the boat not being as advertised, only one of the onboard bathroom facilities was working. Furthermore, the onboard bar was manned only once for less than 5 minutes. The commentary was limited, uninspiring and mostly plugs for various tourist areas around the bay. All this would’ve been acceptable for a cruise < $50, but it’s not they charge almost $100. Overall, the cruise is not worth the ticket price and I believe it’s due to lack of competition and awareness of what other tour operators provide up and down the sapphire coast. Do better and ensure your advertising represents what you’re selling to avoid future customer disappointment.
