Top - Everything went very well. The driver showed up at the hotel on time. After 20 min drive we arrived at our destination. The massage was nice. Thank you for this moment of well-being

The staff were very... - The staff were very helpful & friendly, the facility was much larger than first impressions & very clean. Overall it was a great experience, however we suggest you bring your own towels.

Excellent experience - I accidentally booked for the same morning. Once I contacted Viator, I was immediately offered options to reschedule.
Transfers from and to hotel were on time and very clean. The Spa was excellent and very good value for money.

It was ok - The Massage was perfect. Be careful because after you book it they ask for 5$ extra. Also the towels didn't smell good.

Great value for money!!!... - Great value for money!!! The communication was 5 star, someone called as soon as the booking was made, asked for permission to give my number to the driver who was picking us up. Driver was on time and the staff at Sondos were friendly and kind. No welcome drinks though, drinks are offered after the steam. Even though we only asked for a sauna and massage session so we could have extra massage time or at least so we thought, they offered us the steam room which is a bit unhygienic, especially if you go in barefoot, feels like you're walking in other people's sweat😓 that's just gross, they also offered the jacuzzi (which we declined) just to pass time. The massage was lovely even though it could have been longer. They should sanitize the place often, my partner came home with a horrible skin rash. Overall, 3 star for the experience and 5 star for the service from staff
