Would like to go again but no time left now because flying home. - The massage was amazing feel so relaxed. My husband really loved it and would like to go again. But unfortunately we have no time because we are flying home.

Indulgent relaxation and pamper - We booked with Bassem Rabea from Get Your Guide. The entire program was pure indulgence. We were picked up from our hotel and transferred to the Sandos Spa. We were provided with lockers for our valuables and given brightly coloured cloths to wrap around our bodies. We started with a sauna, thereafter steam room, followed by a full body scrub and Hamaam experience. We were thereafter cocooned with a mask and allowed to rest for 10 minutes. This was followed by a shower and jacuzzi. The best was saved for last - the full body massage. I had pain on my lower back and neck which my therapist Yasmin put some great effort into sorting out. She also built in reflexology and stretches into the massage. She was super friendly and kind and took the best care of me for the whole spa experience. Will definitely recommend Bassem from Get your Guide and the Cleopatra spa experience for an experience of indulgence. A must do in Hurghada!!!!

everything was excellent - If I want to describe the experience in one way, I will say that "everything was perfect" .. "everything was clean" .. the experience exceeded my expectations, for sure I will repeat it .. an unforgettable experience❤

Overall good value - Pick up and drop off. Sauna, Steam room, scrub, cocooned in warm. Full shower and massage. overall excellent value. For me the massage was a bit firm and not as relaxing as i would have liked.

it wasn't very relaxing - I paid for 3h Cleopatra's plus hamman. It should be started at 4pm but at that time they collected me from my hotel. When I arrived the center something was wrong with my booking and when they solved it was around 5pm. After this mess, I started the session and everything was a little bit hurrying. At 7pm I was back in the changing room. That is not 3h of sesion. I did the same last year in another center and they came early to pick me up to start at the time that I had booked. The best thing was Nadia, she was very kind with me.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. - Cleopatra Hammam VIP Plus, Sauna and Massage Avoid this spa at all costs…me and my partner decided to treat our selfs to a spa day whilst away on our holiday firstly the transfer to take us to the spa was great but when we arrived we saw what seemed to be a building site with piles and piles and dirt bricks, we decided to just go in to the spa to be greeted by a nice gentlemen who took our things and put them in a locker… it gets worse from here we were told to get undressed and was seated in a room to then be greeted by a man pulling a dirty wheelie bin with rubbish hanging out through the middle of a spa? (Cleanliness?) to add to this there was a lady who was very rude may I add walking in and out on her phone speaking very loudly to who I suspect was a friend or a colleague but this was extremely unprofessional! We then went in for our Turkish bath witch seemed okay after they had scrubbed us we were moved into another room where we was placed on a hot stone in a duvet bedding that had been used on the previous person (disgusting) we were left there and we started to get a burning sensation of the hot stone so I did ask to move on to the next stage to where I was told to lie down after this we showered and was told to use the jacuzzi we went over and the water was cloudy to the point where you could not even see but we decided to just get in as at this point cleanliness was out of the window regardless, until we got into the jacuzzi and was greeted by freezing cold water and only one of the jets working we just decided to get out the guy asked why we was not going in and we explained the issue to him and he just said okay and walked away. We was then invited into a massage this is where it gets even worse and I’m absolutely disgusted I was laid in one room and my partner in the next seemed okay until the lady had taken my bikini off my top half and pulled my bottoms to the point you could see my private parts, I proceeded to just let this lady do the massage as I didn’t know if this was normal until the curtains keeping my not so private place covered to where I decided to just look and see what she was doing I was horrified at what I looked at there were a group of men all stood looking at me half naked and she was talking to the lady in the room next to us not a care in the world I am laid there very uncomfortable! This is absolutely disgusting behaviour… the massage was awful it was not a massage to what we was expecting she was just bending my legs and pulling my arms? Weird we then just wanted to leave after this experience, we couldn’t get out of the place fast enough I will never ever return to this spa and I would not recommend others too either I’m very upset as I hate to complain but i think this issue needs addressing and you should reconsider advertising this on (get your guide) due to leaving customers feeling horrified by an experience we thought we could trust being on your website.
