Great day on the super safari - What an amazing day we had with Islan our amazing tour guide he really gave us a fun packed day and nothing was too much trouble. There was a mad jeep ride camel riding tea in a traditional beduin camp,and then on to a brilliant time on the quad bikes and a trip in buggies to see the sun set in the dessert and to top it all off an amazing show and barbecue. Even my 76 year old parents had the time of their lives.

Thank you i enjoy it so much - It was a day full of joy.. i enjoyed my trip with you all thank you so much it wont be my last trip with you guys. i advice to go safari with you. it was really fancy

Amazing - It was a very beautiful day. We enjoyed driving the materials and the aspdar. Then the jeep and go to the village. Riding a camel and drinking water. Our guide was so great and took care of everyone. thanks for all

Has first experience it was just amazing - 5 Stars because has first experience it was just amazing. But: - I also must be honest with my review. - It's about the announced program or activities durations. 1. Driver should have picked us at 11h00, but arrived more than 1 hours later. So we already lost 1 hour of an 8 hours trip. 2. A the place in the dessert, kind of shopping mall with plenty of shops and couches to relax, eat and take some rest, we waited more than 1 hours before we could start the activities. With the continuingly pressure from all shops to buys goodies and other souvenirs. 3. It was announced a 40 min quad trip in the dessert. In facts, it was a 15 minutes trip on a well defernite round tours. 4. My 10 years old daughter could not drive the quad! But we pay for! On the description there is no mention of ages or rules regarding children. My daughters was tall enough to drive it besides that they are automatic quads. They said minimum age was indicated has 16 years. I never have seen this mention. So we had to share a quad. She drive me around the full 15 min without any issue. We where not free to drive anywhere, but had to be in line at max 10 kilometers per hour. 5. The buggy trip, 20 min, was in facts 2 time 10 minutes, because we had to share the buggy with 2 others participants. 6. The camels ride, announced to be a 10 minutes ride, was in facts a 3 minutes one !!!! This is the best, the camel did 5 steps back and forth and that was it, it was over!!!! But at least here, my daughters had her own ones. 7. The place had nothing original, nothing like Bedouins traditions. Even the dancer where to be the same ones has the we saw at our hotel at an evening show. 8. The food; were are the Bedouins traditions ? So has said, even the bad things, we had a nice experiences. I could share and let discover new things to my daughter and that was the key point. The next time, i will go directly to the activities itself and no more this kind of all in-one package. One more thing: We had a really nice guide, Moussa , who ''tried '' to keep us safe from all sellers and did what possible was to let us have a good time. THANKS MOUSSA! You're the ONE.

DO NOT GO, YOU GET TREATED LIKE AN ATM - If I could rate this experience negative 10 I would, it was absolutely horrible. With this trip I didn’t book a taxi because it said online air conditioned vehicle, but we were 13 PEOPLE in one little car all squished together in 40 DEGREE WEATHER WITH NO AC AND THE WINDOWS WERE SHUT. We had to open the windows ourselves after the ride started. Once I got to the venue I started arguing with the “Big Boss” about false advertisement, I work as a lawyer for a billion pound corporation called DLA PIPER in central London and I take these illegal crimes very seriously. THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU, for renting quipment we had the first guy our guide said 3 dollars per goggles and 4 dollars for scarf then when we went to ask the guy who sold them he said 2 dollars for goggles and 3 for scarf. Later on we had this guy approach us saying he likes us and he wants to give us a gift only to get pulled in his shop so he can sell us his items. We bought 2 pictures for £45 which we could get in LONDON CHEAPER. It was 42 degree weather outside the Buggy and Quad bikes were boiling and we couldn’t enjoy the ride as we stopped every 5-10 minutes for photos because of the photographer, by the end of the ride I felt sick like I would die and I asked one of the guys to call someone to bring me water and I will pay him and he told me no no just wait you will be fine 20minutes and I said no and he said yh but you can’t pay no can you because I left my money in my bag back at the place. The photographer was SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL he tried to sell my family of 4 pictures for the whole day for 25 dollars euro or pounds whichever currency just 25, and we said no because I only wanted the pictures from the start with the Quads that’s it. But my dad was generous enough after I argued with them to offer them 800 Egyptian pounds which 25 dollars is is 770EGP and he said no he wanted 1000. When we got back all the guys were looking at us and talking in their language while pointing or gesturing towards us. Anything they could find to sell you or take money they would, they think because we are foreigners we poop money. The tone they spoke to us in and with their disgusting demeanour was absolutely horrible. We chose to leave halfway of the trip and we didn’t eat dinner or watch the show, we ordered our own Uber and while we waited for the car our guide ran after us and followed us to try to convince us to go back. This whole place is a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and we didn’t want to accept their offer of a car to take us back to the hotel as they ruined our whole day. This company books too many people, too crowded and in 42 degree weather they simply don’t care about you all they care about is getting your money. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE AN ATM. I didn’t even request a refund nor was I ever offered one!
