Excellent experience at Spa Cleopatra in Hurghada. - The center is very large and very clean. I enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi (unfortunately I didn’t have time to do the hammam), but all the facilities are really nice. The massage was exceptional: very neat, personalized, and perfectly adapted to my needs. You feel the professionalism and attention to the well-being of the client. The pick-up from the hotel was also perfect, everything went smoothly and very organized. I really recommend this activity, it was a great time to relax.

Hit and miss - Positive - The massage was very good. It was very cheap. Negatives - 50 min late picking me up and I had to go ( as a lone female ) and hunt outside the hotel on the main road for transportation. All I was given that it was a black car. I had sent pictures of exactly where I was standing and what I looked like. Thankfully a Egyptian tour driver, also in a black car came to my help. Government tax 7 euros . I can't remember having to pay this last year. No welcome drink given. No steam room or sauna experience. I had worn my swimsuit too. After massage I was given a questionnaire and then shown out of the door and had it shut on me where I was left to wait for a driver. As I say again lone female and the area isn't the best. Both drivers were courteous although the driver on the way there got his wires crossed and asked for payment.

Not great. - The massage is still pleasant. But it is the locals who leave a bad experience. Personal belongings in unsecured locker. Welcome just to get the tax. The premises are damp, an unpleasant smell and a damp towel on the table changed in front of us, an embarrassment of the massagers because we asked to get massaged as a couple, no welcome drink and just a glass of water to wait for the taxi at the end of the service.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! - This was by far one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We booked a wellness package including massage, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, and private transfer — and almost nothing went as promised. It already started with the driver claiming he “couldn’t enter the hotel gate,” which was an absolute lie. I personally reported his license plate at reception, and they called security twice, confirming clearly that he WOULD be allowed in. Meanwhile, the organizer was messaging us on WhatsApp, threatening that if we didn’t let the driver in immediately, he would leave and our entire trip would be canceled. Completely unacceptable and extremely rude. On top of that, he ignored multiple calls and messages from us. Instead, we were told to walk outside the hotel gate — which is ridiculous because there is no sidewalk and it’s about a 30-minute walk. Completely unsafe and unrealistic. Then suddenly, the driver managed to come inside anyway. So much for “not being allowed in.” When we arrived at the location, we were shocked. The entire area looked like a rundown slum — broken buildings, debris everywhere, and a very uncomfortable atmosphere. We immediately felt unsafe and wanted to leave, but since we had already paid, we went in. The massage experience was outrageous. It started immediately, and the male masseur refused to leave the room while my wife was trying to undress and get under the towel. He just stood there, as if enjoying the situation. I had to explicitly tell him to leave the room until we called him back. Absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior. The massage itself was terrible from every possible perspective — painful, uncomfortable, completely unprofessional. It felt like they had no training at all and no idea what they were doing. Honestly, it was bad in every way imaginable. On top of that, the massage table was completely worn out — it creaked, cracked, and squeaked loudly with every movement. It was incredibly annoying and turned the entire massage into a nightmare. After that, there was nothing but stress. Nobody asked how the experience was, no feedback, no professionalism at all. And despite us paying for sauna, steam bath, and whirlpool — NONE of it was provided. Instead, they tried to force us into a shared car with other guests, even though both we and the other couples had paid for a PRIVATE transfer. Only after a long argument — and after I had to raise my voice — did they finally give us the private transfer we had already paid for. Avoid this place and this tour operator at all costs. This was a complete disaster from start to finish.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience! Unhygienic and unfriendly - The massage was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Those who value hygiene and cleanliness should definitely not book here. After the treatment, my whole body smelled unpleasantly of rancid oil. Staff were unfriendly, especially when my partner refused to change after seeing the unsanitary condition on site. Nevertheless, he had to pay the stated tax on the spot – an absolutely unacceptable situation! Nevertheless, I got involved in the massage and immediately regretted it. The towels were partially torn or shredded, and the massage beds had such a strong, unpleasant smell that I could hardly put my face on them. I first had to point out to the masseuse to clean the area with a cloth – for me an absolute no-go. The room was also heavily darkened, presumably to conceal the unsanitary conditions. I therefore absolutely cannot understand the many positive reviews. For us it was a shock and definitely not a recommendation!
