Lovely trip with Cara tours from Hue to Hoi An - We had a lovely day today. Ben arrived right on time and was extremely helpful and always with a smile. He gave us little local information all the way, and even took us to a very nice local restaurant at the end of the day where they made special vegetarian food for us.

Best way to get from Hue to Hoi An - My drive was Nin. He was very punctual and efficient with his driving. He was kind enough to offer water and candies - both of which I politely declined. He was happy to wait while I took my time exploring the various destinations. The lagoon wasn’t much to shout about, the pass drive was pretty and over all too quickly, the golden hand bridge was awesome to behold but held hostage in a theme park (the cable car ride to get there was awesome tho) and the marble caves were good for some photo ops - but the largest cave had all the shrines covered in lights, which might be a local tradition that I’m not aware of.

Very professional tour driver - Mr Tien was an excellent driver & guide. He shared information throughout our visit and when one of our group became unwell, Mr Tien was patient, thoughtful, caring & supportive in helping us look after our friend. He drove carefully to our hotel & we appreciated his high standard of professionalism.

Good trip! - We booked a tour with company and it was a right decision :). The driver contact us the day before we made the trip, he speak English very well. He also show us a lot of insights of the local people in Vietnam. If I go directly to Hoi An it will just take around 3 hours, but I was happy when 1 book this tour because on the way to Hoian still have a lot of amazing views. Especially, the Haivan pass and Golden Bridge in Bana hill. Thanks again for arranging this trip for us. Hope your company will develope in the near future Linda&Ben.

Loved it - He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and a good driver. His car was a VNFast, which is Vietnam’s fully electric car brand. Very cool!

Perfect - Loi was a really nice tour guide who told us a lot about the Vietnamese culture. We were able to adjust in the tour to our needs. We can really recommend to visit Monkey Mountain to see some Monkeys if you are lucky! :)

Great experience - Given the weather forecast, we decided to drive over the Cloud Pass by car and booked the day before. The communication immediately after booking via WhatsApp was very professional and pleasant. Our driver, Loi, also contacted us the evening before. He picked us up on time and was a very pleasant and safe driver. He drove us in an electric vehicle, explained a lot about the stops and we had the feeling that we were not one of many. Thank you for the great organization, the safe, informative and pleasant trip. Highly recommended!

Overpriced & Disappointing - This was the only disappointing day of our trip so far; hence writing the poor review. Essentially it would be far cheaper/easier/faster to stay in Hoi An and just organise the tours independently through your hotel, rather than this over-priced tour operator. Our driver was lovely but his grasp of English was extremely poor; we couldn’t tell the difference between him saying “entrance” & “exit” & he couldn’t describe any of the sights we were seeing, other than “good place for a picture”, which meant we couldn’t ask him about different ticket prices and accidentally bought the most expensive ticket for Ba Na Hills when there was no need. It was also very difficult to arrange meeting him if we stopped at a tourism site as he struggled to coordinate. The first 2 “stops” were just on the side of the road en route to the bigger attractions, but labelled as sight seeing opportunities to justify the tour - a view of the lake & a view of the beach. Ba Na Hills (where we wanted to see the Golden Hands Bridge) was just an over-priced theme park. It stung a bit having to pay an extra $35 entry fee on top of the $55 per person taxi price: would have been nice to know in advance what we would need to pay, and have an accurate description of what we would see. The Marble Mountain is worth a visit, but far better to use an authentic hotel tour operator than this glorified taxi service. It wasted 1/2 a day of an otherwise amazing trip & we hope others won’t make the same mistake. 2 other small things to add… We asked the tour company for a quote to drive us from Hoi An to Hue & she quoted well above the rate offered by our hotel. When we communicated our disappointment in the experience and shared the difference in price, we received a message asking us to “calm down”. We are disappointed and would recommend finding a different operator.
