This dish, featuring a unique blend of cold rice, baby clams, and hot clam broth, along with mixed fruits and vegetables, originated as a meal for the poor but has now become a favorite among both locals and tourists in Hue.

• Truong Tien Bridge - - Stroll along the picturesque Trang Tien Bridge, stopping at an authentic local restaurant to sample Bánh Khoái, a distinctive Hue pancake.

• Nem lụi (Vietnamese pork lemongrass skewer) is a Vietnamese specialty, crafted from pureed pork, seasoned with spices, and grilled over charcoal to achieve a unique, rustic, and deeply flavorful taste.
