Highlights
- Huaraz - Day 1: pick up at 6AM from hotel in Huaraz, 3-hours drive to Yuraq Corral and 4-hours walk to base camp (or refugio if available) for the first night.
- Huaraz - Day 2: wake up at 2AM, walk 3 hours on moraine and 4 hours on glacier to reach the summit. After a 40 minutes pause to enjoy the view, 3 hours walk back to base camp to sleep.
- Huaraz - Day 3: after breakfast, a 3 hours walk back and 3 hours drive to Huaraz. Option to visit Laguna 69 on the way.

Additional Information
Our certified guide will greet you at your hotel or our main building and will be with you throughout the entire journey, reaching the peak of Pisco Mountain (5752m). No prior experience is needed to traverse its glacier. The panoramic view from the summit offers an opportunity to witness Huascaran, Chopicalqui, Huandoys, Artesonraju and Chacraraju peaks.
- A minimum of 2 people per mountaineering tour is required
- All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler
- May be operated by a multi-lingual guide, but always available in english.
- Minimum age is 18 years
- Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking
- Subject to favorable weather conditions.

Friendly and safe experience, but with some caveats. Recommend. - My partner and I used them to book our summits. Overall, the company was very friendly, accommodating, and provided overall good experiences. However, there are some naunces. My partner ha the difficult request of wanting to complete the Pisco summit in 2 days rather than 3 and unfortunately the 2nd customer who was going to do it dropped out. The company was willing to continue the summit. We didn't understand that his guide was a guide-in-training and didn't speak English. I've been forcing my partner to learn Spanish for the past 3 years so it was a great learning experience for him and fortunately the summit went well without any safety issues. My summit of Matteo since is less challenging, had a lot more customers and certified guides. My guides were super friendly, on-time, and accommodating. My only caveat that each customer should educate themselves on each trek or mountain summit to understand what they're signing up for. In addition, each customer should ensure that their guide is certified for their own safety. I highly recommend this company!
