This 72-hour tour from Shanghai to Xian, which includes round-trip flights, guides you through Xian’s most intriguing sites: the small and big Wild Goose Pagodas, the Xian Museum, Muslim Quarter, the Terracotta Warriors and Horses and the Ancient City Wall. This tour also gives you a bit of leisure time to discover the city at your own pace.
Shanghai-Xian by Flight (Lunch)
Shanghai - In the early morning our local driver will pick you up from hotel lobby by holding a board with your name and then transfer to airport to take the morning flight to Xian (We will book the round way flights and flights tickets information will be sent to you by e mail in advance).
Small Goose Pagoda - Upon arrival in Xian, our tour guide will greet you at airport and drive to visit the Small Wide Goose Pagoda (closed on each Tuesday), one of the two survived buildings from the Tang Dynasty (618-907). In the scenic area you will also visit Xian Museum where you will have a glimpse of the city’s history.
Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayanta) - After Chinese style lunch you will visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda which was built in the Tang Dynasty to keep Buddhist Sutra brought from ancient India by Master Xuanzang.
Xian (Lunch)
The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses - Today’s tour starts with the world famous Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum which is known as “the Eighth Wonders of the World”. The museum shows a surprisingly high level in sculpture. The museum includes three Terracotta figure pits as well as the exhibition hall of Bronze Chariots and Horses.
Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang) - After lunch, visit Xian Ancient City Wall, the most completely preserved and largest city wall in China. It was built for military defense in the Ming Dynasty, about 650 years ago. You can optionally ride a bike on the city wall.
Muslim Quarter - Then come to Bell Tower & Drum Tower Square to have an outer look of the Bell Tower and the Drum Tower. At last, go to visit Muslim Quarter, the most famous food street in Xian.
Finishing the tour, the guide and driver will escort you back to your hotel at 5pm-6pm.

Xi’an - Free and easy on your own, then our driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby at confirmed time, transfer to the airport for late afternoon flight back to Shanghai
Shanghai - Upon arrival in Shanghai, our local driver will wait you at airport by holding a board with your name and transfer to your hotel.
