Highlights
  • Chincheros - Your hotel departure is scheduled for approximately 8:00 AM for the enchanting excursion through the Sacred Valley of the Incas. The journey will take you to the town of Chincheros and subsequently to the nearby Community, a short 20-minute distance away.

Upon your arrival, you’ll be welcomed with traditional music and dance performances. Following the reception, you’ll embark on our field activities. You’ll have the chance to engage in local farming practices, with potatoes and quinoa being the primary crops. You’ll discover the Inca techniques for sowing, reaping, preserving, and transporting harvests.
There will be opportunities to feed and care for the animals, including the occasional milking of cows belonging to the host family.
Additionally, you’ll gain insight into the art of traditional weaving and the use of natural dyes from local women who craft authentic textile goods for sale in nearby markets.
The experience will culminate with a lunch featuring an organic meal.
Your return to Cusco is anticipated to be around 16:00.
