If you are in the region, you must visit this park. - This tour is a must do! It’s a long day and you will come home tired and maybe dusty but you will not regret it! I walked 17,000 steps that day. We went with a tour company, which is highly recommended as it is informative and you skip the lines at the entry gates. It is beautiful!

Fun tour to Plitvice lakes. - This was a fun tour. Zadar Adventures did a good job communicating and explaining the tour to us. The bus was comfortable, timing was good. Plitvice is a beautiful place and we were glad we visited it.

Free luggage storage - Very nice and smooth trip. The national park is well organized and the guide told us to go by route C, which took about 5 hours including taking boat and tram. I changed the date of my trip once because I booked a beach guest house far away from the city and the cost of taxi was too expensive. They refund me the taxi fee immediately after I rescheduled moving to city without charging any fee. And it’s totally free to store luggage in their office when I need to go with my large suitcase. Very helpful and solved all my problems!

Two dream trips - The first trip purchased through Zadar Adventures was to Plitvice National Park. Because everything was very well organized, I also purchased the trip to Krka National Park. The representative from Zadar Adventures, Dragan, is very kind and offers valuable information both about the tours and about Zadar. I recommend Zadar Adventures, not only for the discounts they offer when you buy several trips, but because they are efficient, organized and punctual. You can also leave your luggage with them if the flight is late, as it was in my case.

Unforgettable experience at Plitvice National Park - Booking tickets to the Plitvice National Park - provided by Zadar Adventures - was easy and affordable. We had to pay 250 Kuna (per head) for the park entrance fee in cash upon bus entry on the morning of the trip. We were picked up by a transfer bus in the morning between 7:20-7:45 and brought to the Land Gate as a common meeting point for all travelers. The bus trip took about 2 hours from Zadar to Plitvice Lakes. Here, multiple options were available (at various difficulty levels) to independently explore this UNESCO Heritage Site until our 16:00 meeting time back in the parking lot. We have selected route B, which was estimated to be completed in 3-4 hours. During this route, we explored beautiful waterfalls ranging from very tall to smaller ones, turquoise blue lakes with vibrant animal life, and caves with prehistoric nature. The trail also had a section where we had to take an electric boat along the lengths of the lake to the other shore, where an electric train took you back to the original starting point. Overall, the experience was magnificent and I would highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates natural beauty and a light day-long exercise. We arrived at 18:00 back to Zadar after a 2-hour bus ride in the mountains with spectacular views along the way! Excellent organization by Zadar Adventures - thank you for the unforgettable experience!

Professional, Trustworthy and Honest Tour Agency - Nothing is too much trouble for this fantastic tour agency. We were fortunate to meet Dragan who helped us book our tours. Absolutely no pressure was put on us, didn't push the hard sell, just gave us lots of useful information about the trips of on offer, what they entailed, how long they would take, what we needed to take with us, where to meet etc. We booked the full day to Plitvice National Park, we met at the agency on the morning of the trip and was walked down to meet the bus. We had a very comfortable coach with air conditioning. A guide came on to the bus to tell us what the different walking routes were, how long they would take, where to meet and the timings. On arriving at the park we met another guide who gave us his telephone number in case we needed assistance, or got lost. The entrance fee included the boat and the train (which you need). Everything worked like clockwork and we had an amazing day. Top tip - do take note of where to go when you get off the boat if you take route B... it is a little confusing if you don't listen lol ! We also booked a walking tour with Dragan, this was a tour around Zadar with a local guide who showed us some hidden secrets of the city, we went to a market, sampled some fruit and some cheese and some local liqueur. It was so informative and interesting and would highly recommend. As we had to leave our apartment at 10am but didn't fly until the evening, we used Zadar Adventures to store our luggage for us, we totally trusted leaving it in good hands. There are lots of tour companies in Zadar as you walk around and I am sure they are all very good - but I do feel that the service and professionalism shown by Dragan should give anyone who is unsure who to book with the confidence to just walk in and know that you are in safe hands. Thanks so much Dragan and Zadar Adventures for helping make our holiday memorable.

Dissapointing - Check-in Representative gave information about the activity and slight changes of the tour. So then we had some expectations about the day. Then the guide that went changed the walking tour at arrival in the park. We were told that she was going to take us through the longer path C. At the entrance then she decided she was going to do the half path B. She didn’t even explained to us what we should do in case we wanted to continue the original path C. She just went ahead on her own. It was a huge group of over 80 guests so it was difficult to catch up to her to ask questions. Also with the amount of other tourists in the park we soon lost sight of our tour guide so we just tried to follow the path as well as we could. If she would’ve told us about the different port stops for the different paths then we would’ve been able to do the path we originally wanted. So I would definitely not recommend taking this tour.
