The Houston Booze and Boos tour offers an ideal evening adventure. Whether participants are passionate about ghost stories or simply seeking a thrilling experience, this tour caters to all! A costumed guide will escort attendees on a 2.5-hour walking tour through the historic downtown Houston area. The tour includes visits to several haunted bars, allowing guests to savor a delightful drink while the guide shares intriguing tales about Houston’s rich history and its most renowned and eerie ghost stories.
Please note that the tour route and drink stops depend on availability. All participants must be 21 or older with a valid ID. Alcoholic beverages are not included.
- Minimum age is 21 years. Must have valid photo ID
- There will be some uneven surfaces along the tour route and stairs in some of the buildings. Historic buildings may not have elevator options available.

Our Houston Tour departs from Angel Share, 924 Congress St, Houston, TX 77002. Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your reservation time, in order to allow time for check-in. You will meet your costumed guide INSIDE! Just look for the Saloon Madame or Gothic Gentleman.

Great Ghosly Bar Crawl - Got a chance to learn some of the spooky stories of Houston as well as fun facts about the area. Visited some really cool bars that I have passed by before.

So I'm writing this 3... - So I'm writing this 3 years later as we're getting ready to do a pub crawl in austin. This was such a memorable experience and we are so glad that we did it. We live in Houston but had never really explored it. We stay downtown and did the store the night of. The female tour guide was very informative, engaging and the fact that she dressed up in a costume like steampunk really help create an experience. Houston has some really cool hidden gems and we tried every feature drink at our stops. The bar with the old elevator made absolutely the best pic. I recommend this pub crawl more than any other that we have done. We did the one in Galveston and it is a completely different experience. This one was awesome.

John was a fantastic... - John was a fantastic host, mixing in personal experiences and flair with the history of the hauntings. Had a great time with our small group and all of the bartenders we met were welcoming and hospitable. Would definitely bring others on this tour!

Haunted Ghost Bar Tour in downtown Houston - It was a delightful evening! Shelly was our guide in Houston’s downtown area. Her presentation was so enjoyable telling us stories about life in the 1920-1930s. One bar is a tailor business (clothes maker) during the day, and a bar in the evening ! We could see racks of clothes in cabinets in the bar !!
Our group was small, about 15 of us, the perfect size. Everyone was friendly and happy to be on the tour. We enjoyed the choice of bars. Plenty of time to order and drink a cocktail. Time to sit for 20-25 min. at each bar.
All four of bars that we visited were in close proximity, so little walking.
One of the bars was in the beautiful Omni hotel, which formerly was a bank. The bank vault is in bar area. It is beautiful.
A delightful evening with great people - they were a big part of this fun experience!

Worth it! - Shelly was awesome and took her time to really give you a good experience! If you want a chance to learn some neat history and enjoy the city, it is well worth it.

Last minute cancelation - I bought tickets weeks in advance for my daughter and I. Two hours prior to the start time, I received a phone call canceling the tour. There was no assistance to book with another company, just a "call another company, I'm sure you can get tickets." I then spent an hour scrambling to find another company when I was trying to enjoy a nice dinner with my daughter. Ridiculous.
