Horrible Experience and Unprofessional - Tour Guide Never Showed. Left voice-mail never called me back. It was wife's birthday morning activity.

Tour operator a NO SHOW. TERRIBLE experience - The tour operator was a no show and there no communication. The number listed to call was not in service. I would like a refund on my booking as the tour was not available and I was not notified of any cancellation.
