When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your London City accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It’s that easy!

Once you have landed in London, enter the Arrivals Hall after customs and immigration, look for a representative with a blue Airport Transfers sign with your name on it who will meet you next to the designated meeting points in each terminal. Dependant on the state of immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 45-60 minutes after landing.

Meeting Points for Heathrow airport: Terminal 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith & Terminal 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee. Representatives in Heathrow airports will be wearing blue jackets.

Meeting Points for Gatwick/Luton/Stansted airports: All terminals: In front of Costa Coffee.

Meeting Points for London City airport: Arrivals Hall.

IMPORTANT: Transfers are held until 90 minutes from your actual flight arrival time which we track. If delayed in customs, you must call toll-free from any UK payphone or from a mobile or landline before the 90 minutes has elapsed or you may miss your transfer.

Travel delay caused missed flight and transfer - Our original flight from OKC to Houston was delayed numerous times - finally at 6:40 CDT we knew we would not make our connecting flight from Houston-to London. This would be 12:40am London time, meaning it was too late to cancel our pickup. In all the stress of trying to find other flights that would allow us to make our Houston to London trip and making arrangements to stay in Houston overnight and arrange transportation to the hotel, I forgot to contact Viator. We did make several calls, texts and Facebook messages to our travel agent advising her of our travel issues and concerns. I had hope she was aware of these issues and would have contacted Viator as well. She did not read our messages until the next day. My 3 star review is because the travel agent was unable to negotiate a settlement for forgiving or reducing the charge for the transfer.

Never again! - A small car showed up to pick up three adults and three large suitcases. Couldn’t locate the driver. After an overnight flight, we were left struggling with our bags from the airport to the car. The car smelled terrible and we were stuffed in it during the ride to our hotel. We did not receive the service we booked and overpaid for…never again!

Use UBER instead - This service was very substandard. We followed instructions to the fine detail…..and waited. We received a text from the driver….after we were through customs to “Text him when we were at Costa Coffee” That was not the plan, but we did so anyway. Then we waited….. and he then texted us that he was on his way. He was supposed to be at the meeting place - Costa Coffee - 30 minutes after our arrival. Instead, he waited until we texted him and then he started his journey to pick us up. We waited and hour, and then we had to schlep our own bags to the parking ramp…..to get in the dirty Mercedes Minivan. I asked several times for A/C….. he rolled our window down. Dismal hot ride into London….that took 2 hours…..after waiting an hour at the airport. Use Uber….this company will is awful!!!

Nightmare - This was the worst airport pick-up experience that we have ever had. The driver for Viator's operator, Airport Transfers, was one hour late in arriving at the London Heathrow Airport Terminal, had difficulty finding his car in the parking lot after finally meeting us, exhibited road rage with another driver during our trip from the airport to our hotel and was making a personal phone call while driving. The vehicle reeked and we needed to ride with the windows down in order to tolerate the one hour plus ride from Heathrow to the hotel. We called Viator's operator four times before the driver finally arrived. During the initial call, we were told that the driver was at the airport in our Terminal looking for us and during a later call we were told that the driver was parking his car. When the driver finally arrived, he was holding a small piece of paper with our last name handwritten on it that was barely legible. We could never recommend Viator to anyone.

I wont recommend u and i wont use u again - Driver was late. The car was small, we had to have 1 of the suitcase on the front seat. The driver didnt have cr3dit cards working to.have us out of the parking lot. I had to pay with my cc to exit. Terrible experience

We lived to tell the tale - Driver was very angry as our baggage was held up. They kept ringing but I had 90 mins from booking time to make the transfer. I eventually found the driver not dressed as per pick up instructions and not where I was told he would be. Then his driving was nothing short of dangerous and aggressive. We won’t use this service ever again. Terrible start to our trip. Just glad we made it.

Not happy - We were delayed in customs for a while and when we were finally out no one was there to meet us. I assumed our driver was gone because of our delay. after 30 minutes of searching I decided to call. That is when I received a call from the office saying that our driver was going to be late. I should have received a call or text LONG before this. Our driver was wonderful and made the rest of the experience great.
