Cappadocia - the best place in Turkey - I had planned to just watch the hot air balloons take flight because of the expense but when my travel agent Mr. Sayeed from Nessa cave hotel gave amazing prices for the hot air balloons and the city tours I couldn't resist experiencing it And oh boy! What an experience it was ! Braving the extreme cold temperatures we were literally in a cloud with snacks to gorge on while gawking at the 3000 year old caves that have stood the test of time. If you think you can't afford the hot air balloon flight or that it's no big deal to miss the experience then give these guys a call and the next thing you know you're on that balloon. They certainly go out of their way to help their guests and make sure they have the best experience of Cappadocia. It's certainly 1 tick off my bucket list.

Goreme - Good experience. Fun filled. Enjoyed the trip. What more to say? Cannot express in words. 30 to 35 minutes ride over chimneys.

Will never use this... - Will never use this travel agency again. The day of the excursion the ballon flight was canceled not their fault due to bad weather but they refused to give me back my money instead they wanted for me to purchase a ticket at my expense to take a bus at a different time to Pamukkake. I already had another itinerary reservations for othe stuff to do but got held behind due to them rescheduling a bus transport for over 10 hour drive for when I arrived at Pammukale come to find out I was never going to receive the same experience as Cappadocia because we missed the sunrise which is what we paid for to also see many other ballon flights near us which that never happened. They made us get on a special super late flight us alone with no other balloons around us to then come and land in the middle of a farm field to then they had to come find us. I will never ever recommend this QX travel agency to anyone in the world. Viator has a good reputation and it’s an website I used for many of my trips. Please investigate this agency.

Look like a scam - My name is Uladzislau, and I recently booked a hot air balloon tour through Tripadvisor with the confirmation number 1395899231 and booking reference number 1008260761. However, I am writing to request a full refund for the booking. When I made the booking, the trip description mentioned that I would be picked up from my hotel and that I should fill in the address location form. I was informed that I should wait for pickup between 4:15-4:20 am on May 9th, 2023. However, the person in charge contacted me and informed me that I should go to a different location and wait for pickup at 4:00 am instead. This change in the pickup location was not mentioned in the trip description, and it caused a lot of inconvenience for me. To make matters worse, on May 8th, I received a call to confirm the pickup, but then the flight was cancelled. Despite this, I still waited for the pickup at the new location on May 9th from 4:00 am to 5:00 am, but no one came to get me. Due to these issues, I am requesting a full refund of my booking fee. The experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope that this matter can be resolved promptly and that the refund can be processed as soon as possible.
