Pure Fun - Riding the horse high in the mountains was fabulous. The views were so beautiful; I almost cried. I felt safe and well taken care of at all times. The ancient ruins were incredible. The tour guide was informative.

Cusco essential - What an awesome day out! About an hour horseback riding (my first time!) and then seeing four different parks (70 soles fee for this). Not normally a fan of tours but my guide was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Great experience mixed with culture especially for family with teens - We were picked up at the hotel in time and saw the first two sights that were about 20min away. Very knowledgeable and great guide who spoke fluent English. We then went to the ranch to get 4 horses and ride with guide and muleteer through some rather unique landscape to see some more in a ruins. The horse ride was about 1.5h. They matched the horses according to experience and confidence and there was a beautiful horse for everyone. On our way back we stopped at the last and biggest site which was truly breathtaking. Great tour especially with teens as it mixes cultur with activity very nicely. We then were dropped back at the hotel. X

Best in Cusco - We had the best experience! The horseback riding was by far the best part. Felt like we were in a movie with all of the gorgeous scenery. The archeological sites were great and our guide knew sooo much information! 10/10 recommend.

WORTH EVERY PENNY - My friends and I had such a blast during our first ride that we ended up doing a second ride. Our tour guide’s name was Holger, and he is extremely nice and knowledgeable. We loved him! My friends are inexperienced riders, but they were very comfortable on the horses. As an experienced rider, it was a little annoying that the horses wouldn’t allow me to grasp a little bit more control (they have very choppy trots) to get them to collect themselves. Eventually, I dropped the reins and allowed myself to enjoy the views and let the horse do the work. The horses are very well trained and know the courses by heart so that it is impossible to lose your group. 10/10 and is a Cusco must-do

A fantastic tour of the local history! - This was a wonderful private 4-hour morning tour of the local lands and historical structures, and I’m so glad I booked this for my second day in Cusco! I highly recommend this tour as a great way to spend time getting acclimated to the higher elevation while having the opportunity to learn more about the history of Cusco. I enjoyed every moment of the morning spent with tour guide Beny — she is a very knowledgeable, funny, and supportive guide, which made the whole experience feel more special, like I was spending time with a good friend. Horseback riding through the Andes was a breathtaking experience — I hadn’t been on a horse for over 15 years, but Beny made sure I felt comfortable and safe during the entire one-hour ride. I also want to thank driver Marcial, who has excellent driving skills and was also very friendly. You won’t regret doing this tour!

Full Day Tour - so much better than we expected - happy animals! - My boyfriend and I booked a week in advance the full day inca ruins tour. We were collected by a very friendly driver who stopped on the way to the ranch to visit Cristo Blanco. We were the only two on the tour - full day tours tend to be quieter than half days, but speaking with the company you can get a suggestion for the quieter or busier tours. We were then met at the ranch by Holger who was an exceptional guide. He paired us with our horses based on experiences and took us to visit several ancient sites - on horseback between each one - including the Devil’s Balcony, where we explored the caves together. Following this was a delicious picnic prepared and set up by Holger’s mother, including pasta, salad, chicken, cake, chocolate, fruit and juices! We were surprised by this as it was more than expected and also really tasty. We took a long ride back to the ranch where we dropped off our well-trained and well cared for horses, and then took the car driven by the morning’s driver to the four sites offered on Cisco’s Tourist ticket. Holger knew a lot of history and as a private tour it was very special to be shown around by him and transported by our personal driver. Overall this small family business gave the impression of locals showing us around and taking care of us, and I’m so glad we chose them over any other company. Some tips: Advise the company of dietary requirements beforehand You will need to purchase a Tourist Ticket for 70 Soles in cash at the first site Wear shoes suitable for walking as you will visit lots of large sites that can be explored further on foot

4/5 - A little bit expensive compared to the other tours that are similar. They should include the cost of the tourist ticket in the tour price. We also didn’t get any snacks as the description stated. The horseback riding is only for about an hour- I thought it would be for majority of the tour. That being said our guide was informative and we did have a good time.
