Our buses depart hourly, with the initial tour from Königsallee at 10:00 a.m, and the ultimate tour departing from Königsallee at 4:00 p.m. We return at 5:30 p.m.

We have seven strategic stops:
Königsallee, Altstadt/Rheinufer, Medienhafen/Rheinturm, Rheinterrasse/Ehrenhof, Aquazoo/Nordpark, Kunstakademie/Altstadt and Tourist Information/Hauptbahnhof.

Services operates from Monday to Sunday
from the central station Königsallee at an hourly interval starting from 10:00.

Hop on hop off Dusseldorf tour - First time visitor, highly recommend this tour if you short on time and need a quick tour, worth every penny.

Hop-on hop-off tour - Always enjoy a hop-on hop -off bus tour of a city. It’s a great way to learn the lay of the land on a larger scale to determine where I would visit. I wish the bus stops were more highly marked.

Great-Once you get started! - Like all Hop-on-off bus tours this one serves as a great help to get your bearings of the city. Naturally, the bus couldn't go into the heart of the old city but it was pointed out to us so we knew where it was. The tour covers all the main places worth visiting and the earphones were of very good quality. 24 hours is a bonus too which makes it good value for money. My only problem was actually finding the starting point. The street is mentioned but not WHERE on the street. I now know the bus stop sign to look out for but it might be an idea if this is made known to customers on booking. It also needs to be made clear that it leaves from there on the hour. I also felt that finishing at four was a little early, especially when I had wasted so much time trying to find the starting place.

Nice tour, but only when traffic is not heavy - Nice tour, but not very special considering that most sights are on or around (10 minutes walk max.) Der Kö(nigsallee). Due to the heavy traffic (27, 28, 29 December) we had to stand still for a long time or drive at walking pace.

Made reservation on line... - Made reservation on line and did not receive the tickets. Had to buy them again at the bus. Driver did not speak spanish, english nor german. Could not communicate

Ignorant bus driver - Of course, there isn't much going on in February. But we were very annoyed that the bus driver drove past us and didn't stop even though we were standing at the bus stop. We had to wait another 2 hours until the next bus came. Complaining didn't help either. It's probably not recommended in the winter months.

Düsseldorf Hop On/Hop Off...not helpful. - I rang the number given, the lady didn't speak English and hung up on me before I could ask her if anybody else spoke English to help. As I've stated in my previous message, I was unaware, through no fault of my own, that the Trams and Buses would choose today to go on strike. I was waiting for an hour at the Airport Bus Stand for the 721 to take me to the Hotel (McDreams), so I could at least leave my bag. The buses and trams were on strike on 01/03/24 and I was not made aware of this until someone approached me & let me know. I then had to arrange alternative public travel which made me late. I have therefore requested a refund due to circumstances outside of my control. Thank you. Ms L Brown. The company's customer service is virtually non existent, not only did they not respond to my texts, they didn't deal with my call for help. Not doing that activity or booking that company again. Sorry, for me its a No👎
