Wonderful learning experience while testing really good teas - We had a wonderful experience while testing high quality tea and discovering the different brewing processes in a fun way. In addition to this, we had a little class on the types of teas and crafting processes. Cecelia is nice and passionate which makes the experience even more incredible. I learned how surprising tea can be and discover more about my own taste in tea. Thank you once again for this moment!

Must do while in HK - We learned a lot during this experience and had so much fun doing so. We were so engaged we failed to notice the time. Cecilia was very knowledgeable and friendly. The session we had was a great eye-opener for the intricate world of real teas. Coming from drinking teas from cheap tea bags we discovered that proper teas taste and smell so much better. Definitely a great introduction!

The World of Tea - If you are interested in Chinese culture, then learning about tea is a must. I was in Hong Kong for two weeks, and this was certainly one of the highlights. Cecilia is very passionate about tea and is talented at sharing her knowledge about this very big subject. The experience has opened up a new world for me, which I'm grateful for. It also made visiting the Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware in Hong Kong Park quite fun.

An exciting tea-tasting experience - I have taken part in tea-tasting sessions in various Asian countries, but Cecilia's experience was absolutely unique. Not only does she share her knowledge with great humour and professionalism, but what makes the session exceptional is that she gives us the opportunity to learn how to brew the tea by ourselves. In this way, we were able to experiment with the dosage of the tea, the different techniques for pouring the water, and we were able to taste the results and note the differences in taste of the multitude of teas she offered for tasting. I enthusiastically recommend tea tasting to all curious tea lovers.
