Best tour ever! - I'm a solo traveler and Allen or better known as Sexy Chocolate made the best of my day in Roatan! I truly loved the MAYAK chocolate shop, knowing how cacao was discovered and the process it takes to turn it into chocolate bar. And the beach was gorgeous! Thanks so much for taking care of me and building amazing memories of this trip!

Steven/ Aka Maui 🥰 - Loved our trip from the boat to Bananarama with our all day guide/body guard Steven/ Maui. We nicknamed Steven Maui because he reminds us so much of Maui from the Disney movie Moana. He kept the massage girls who were on us like flys right away, at bay so we could enjoy the beach and our time. There was a more then expected walk to the vehicle initial, but all in all wonderful day! Thank you Maui! FYI when trying to upload our photo with Maui we lost it. If he could forward it to us that would be so amazing!

Roatan Food Tour - Thus tour was excellent as it was a private tour which was surprising. Chriss took his time and didn’t rush us at all, highly recommend.

The unique tour filled with the guide’s hospitality - There are so many tours visiting monkeys, enjoying the beach, trying the zip line, and so on. But this company’s tour is exclusive. They take you to the highest hill where you can see the breathtaking view, to the rum factory, to the chocolate factory and the restaurant, that all of them are very unique and local. They provide one guide/driver for one group, so you don’t need to care about other customers but you can tell your guide/driver what you want to do. They easily change the plans to suit your demand. My friend and I really enjoyed seeing local market area, having lots of conversation with our driver/guide named Jamie Lisandro Ruiz to learn their local history, life, and so on. We stayed there for only 4 hours or so, because we had to go back to our cruising ship. Actually, we wanted to stay more there. If you are looking for something unique or something you want to feel local, we highly recommend this tour ran by Anderson Company, and Jamie as your guide.

Customizable and Fun! - This is our second visit to Roatan. The first time we didnt enjoy it because we were overwhelmed by the amount of people trying to sell us stuff. So we wanted something more relaxing and fun for a pregnant woman. Our driver Ron took us to a mountain top where we could see a beautiful view of the island and shop peacefully and support other local businesses. Then we headed to the chocolate factory and lastly a romantic lunch facing the beach. The spot was so gorgeous! We were served with seabass and rice. The lunch was definitely the best we've ever had on any island. We elected to lounge longer on the beach than head to the rum factory since we can't drink. We recommend this tour for anyone who wants to explore the island and enjoy its peaceful scenes.

Yummy Tour! - Such a nice tour. Our guide, Jamie, was fun and helpful. We were able to mix our own rum at the Roatan Rum Company! Jamie helped us do some sightseeing as well.

A different view of Roatan - Aaron was our tour guide. He was amazing!!!! Took us to an area of shopping stalls, chocolate factory, rum factory & local café for lunch. We enjoyed seeing different parts of the island. Actually tried iguana for lunch. Aaron was very knowledgeable about his island & the culture. We will definitely use Anderson tours again. Already planning our trip for next year. We will recommend to all of our friends.

Some good, some not so good - Good: price was right . snorkeling was excellent. Beach was beautiful. Felt safe. Bar nearby. Changing room available. Nice driving tour of Routan . Jaime was excellent guide. Bad: chocolate and rum places closed. Constant hagglers on the beach . They just never stopped. Had to negotiate 3 hours from pickup to ship drop off

Roatan Rum Management and team sucks - Normally I try to give people the benefit of doubt but this place was no doubt the worst experience ever.. this experience and poor customer service from the owner and later his male employee almost ruined my experience. My daughter, tour driver and I arrived at the rum company eager to patronize the local businesses after the pandemic. I sampled the rums I wanted to purchase and tried the rum cake both where great. The not so great part began at ringing up my items first the employee said if you pay with credit card there's not additional charge of tax it's priced as mark hmmm. Ok, so he ran my card but disconnected the portal to get my pin# (dumbest thing ever) the portal timed out so he reconnected and ran my card again. Well guess what happened my credit card yep locked up for suspension of fraud. The employee stated it didn't go through, declined. Hmmm. So I contacted my bank to verify the transactions and while on speaker phone the bank representative stated the transaction went through and a authorization code was released and merchant should have it. Nevertheless, the employee and later the owner petition the transaction is not in their receipt of transactions record. Which was B.S. The bank rep. requested the merchant to send a fax or email to release the transaction if it's not showing up. Do you think the merchant did,? Heck no. He told me to step aside he has other customers to tend to. When I tell you I was heated a disrespected repeatedly. I went as far to pull up the transaction online to confirm the transaction went through. I waited for authorities because I wanted my purchase or for the transaction to be canceled per the bank rep. Constantly poor service I'm working on pressing charges for the transaction. Extremely rude and needs another owner because Frank is horrible very bad business management.
