Amazingly fun! - Cynthia was awesome. Our family had a blast on this trip have to say it was the best excursion out of the 4 stops we made along our cruise.

Best Guide Ever! - We booked this last minute based on reviews and it did not disappoint. Cynthia was our personal guide and she was incredible! Getting off the ship she was easy to find. She got us in to see the Monkeys and Sloths in a timely manner and allowed us to enjoy as a family. Then she got us off to West Bay Beach. It was busy but that’s to be expected when there are three cruise ships that docked on the same day. We found chairs and immediately enjoyed the beautiful water. She gave us space and never rushed us. She came and checked in when it was time to go snorkeling. This was the highlight of the trip. The water, fish and sea life was amazing, and the team helped us with everything. We got back to the beach and had an amazing lunch and shopped a bit. We were never felt rushed by her. She let us relax and just make memories. From point to point as she drove us she would tell us things about the island and people. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

David is the best! - Enjoyed the trip. Our driver David was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsible. Enjoyed having him tell us about experiences on the island as we drove.

Excellent tour - This tour was excellent. Cynthia was a great tourist guide. Everything was very well organized. Coming from a cruise, she kept track of the time, and we came back on time without any issues. We really recommend this tour!

Wonderfullllll - We visited Roatán last week. We had the pleasure to be paired with Cynthia for the whole day. We had a really wonderful time. Cynthia is a really nice person, knows the place very well and has been explaining to us everything about her city. We went to see Tucan/Sloths/Monkeys 🐒, after we did a tour of the city 📸, then snorkeling 🤿, then finally beach 🌴 and restaurant with local beer 🍺 . Cynthia was really professional. We made the tour of the city with Cynthia’s personnel car with air conditioning. Seriously wonderful experience, can’t say nothing bad about this day. Best money spent on our trip!

BEST COMPANY EVER!!! - We can’t say enough amazing things about this company. We were very well taken care of, shown more than what we paid for, had a knowledgeable driver Jorge Lopez. Hands down he was the best private driver we have ever had. Knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to all our needs. Our tour was amazing in so many ways. Thank you so much and we will for sure be back!

Wonder trip! - Our guide, Phill, was awesome. The whole trip was amazing! Marvin was our guide through the park and he was patient and kind and very good with the animals. The expansion bridge was fun but scary.

Sloths, snorkeling, and sun! - Our driver Tanya was great! She was very informative about the island made sure we were having fun! The snorkeling was great and we loved holding the sloths and seeing the monkeys and parrots at the animal sanctuary. I recommend this tour!

THE best day! - Our guide Eddie was amazing! The sloths and monkey experience was hands down my favorite thing about our vacation. It was an incredible experience and much better than I could have ever anticipated. The snorkel part of our tour was a bit of a let down. After the sloth and monkey experience, Eddie took us to the beach for snorkeling. We boarded our assigned boat and from that moment, communication between us the boat driver and snorkel guide was minimal. This could be due to a language barrier, but there were a few things about the snorkeling we found to be unprofessional. We were shocked that there was no instruction given on how to snorkel and how to experience a living reef. In our past snorkeling experiences, we have always been told to not touch the reef. We luckily had already explained this rule to our children prior to this excursion, but the others on the boat were not made aware of this rule. We were only provided with snorkel gear and no flippers. That wasn’t too big of a deal, but it was disturbing that life jackets for children were optional. Our kids are great swimmers, but even at 8 and 10, life jackets should have been a must. We requested that they each get one and the boat captain provided them. Once we were in the water and putting our face masks on, my husband realized his was not working. He told the captain that it was not working and the captain responded “you’re not using it right” and tried to explain how to seal it properly to his face. After arguing back and forth, my husband was able to show him that the plastic was ripped off of the top of it, away from the lens. The captain responded “oh ok, I see. I don’t have anymore on the boat” and shrugged it off. That was not the answer we anticipated and I think he could tell my husband was getting really frustrated at this point. The captain then yelled over to a neighboring snorkel boat and asked if he could have one of their snorkel masks. They loaned my husband a mask and it worked great. Unfortunately, while all of this was going on, the snorkel guide had already taken off, so we were left to just snorkel near the boat. We were still able to see beautiful fish and experience the reef and other wildlife. I am not one to normally complain in a review, but I feel like this tour company should know about this incident and maybe contract a different snorkel crew. Aside from that experience, the beach after snorkeling was gorgeous. We had lunch at a restaurant on the water. It was pretty good, but very slow service. Eddie stayed nearby the entire time we were at the beach, which really put us at ease. We also made a pit stop at the chocolate factory there in town! That was a really fun added experience! Eddie got us back to our ship right on time. It was overall a great experience!

Snorkeling, slothes, beach was ok - We were picked up from the port by a young lady-Jaime who was very friendly and knowledgeable and drove us to all the places we were to go to for the excursion. Unfortunately we were only at the animal place for 20 minutes we felt rushed and moved through by the trainer rapidly…then went to a very crowded beach area waited 45 minutes for snorkeling trip took us in a open boat to a dive area for about 30 minutes and then we went back to ship…approximately 3 hrs for 2 activities $80.00 a person
