Roatan - Excellent!! Very organized and friendly staff. My kids enjoy it the tours. The staff gave us a lot of information about Honduras and Roatan. Transportation very clean.

Best Caribbean Tour - ask for Cynthia!!! - We went on a Caribbean cruise with stops at Cozumel, Belize, Costa Maya and Roatan. This one was by far the best (we took others in Viator as well). I rarely give reviews but I wanted to give a perfect score to this one. Cynthia was the best guide we've ever had. She made sure she communicated effectively where to meet, gave us extensive information as requested, took us everywhere and made us feel VIP. She kept us informed of timing and got us back to the boat with plenty of time. She even stopped to buy us a local delicacy, a baleada, on her own dime as this is not included (we were fearing getting sick, but it was 100% safe). The monkey and sloth park was a big hit with the boys, and the snorkeling was sensational. Cynthia got us a wonderful beach masseuse which we desperately needed from daily stresses. The restaurant she brought us had excellent food, try the lobster! This tour exceeded all our expectations (especially after the other ports with just good tours) and can't thank Cynthia enough.

Great tour! - We had a great tour - Jeimi was a great tour guide!! She drove us all over and provided great insights, history, and fun facts about Roatan, including recommendations for places to eat. She also asked us if there was anything we wanted to see or do outside of the tour, to see if we could squeeze anything in. There were just two of us, and we met Jeimi outside the gate to the port. That area is HECTIC with all the tour guides waiting to find people and other companies selling tours, but there were two people from Toucan Adventure Tours standing together with a sign and we were also lucky that another company helped us and yelled out Toucan Adventure Tours so that we could find Jeimi quickly. The sloth & monkey sanctuary was great - the visit is quick, but you get to see the animals up close and personal. We were lucky because it was relatively quiet when we were there, with bigger groups arriving when we were leaving. The snorkelling was also great! We had good weather, only 5 people on the boat, and the reef was quiet so we saw a lot of fish. The boat isn't fancy by any means (just a small boat with a roof - no bathrooms, or snacks/water provided), but you could bring what you needed onboard and it was easy to get in and out of. You snorkel pretty close to the beach, so getting out into the water is 5-10 minutes - the captain isn't super engaging but he did provide the snorkel equipment and was nice enough. When we were done, we found the hotel beach to be nice, but really loud with the music (they were playing beach party music, and had a dance class going on) and food wasn't included in the cost of the tour - if you want to eat/drink anything, you would either pay or bring it yourself. This was the only disappointing element of the tour. We decided to leave after only being out of the water for 30 minutes, and Jeimi was kind enough to stop at a rum tasting before dropping us off at the ship. It was a lot of fun, and a nice tour if you'd like a slower pace with fewer people. The total expense may not be worth it if you are looking for a nice beach experience along with the sloth & monkey sanctuary & snorkelling.

Best day! - Best day of our cruise thanks to Tonya! Seeing the slothes, monkeys, and macaws was amazing. Beach was pristine and water just right. Snorkeling and jet skiing a blast. Snorkeling improved from previous reviews. Tonya took care of us each step of the day. Thanks!

Private tour was excellent! - Cynthia was a great tour guide. She is knowledgeable and so friendly. We have a wonderful day holding monkeys and sloths, swimming, snorkeling, and then grabbing a bite to eat. It was a wonderful day in Honduras and we can’t wait until we come back again.

Port Day in Roatan! - We had the most incredible day, starting with an amazing animal experience, a dream come true for me to hold a sloth. Next up was a very fun and beautiful snorkeling experience. Great for beginners as it was so easy! Lastly we had a relaxing time at the beach enjoying the sunshine, the crystal clear water and some local beers! Sinthia was a wonderful guide and when we come back we will ask for her again!

Unforgettable Snorkeling beach and Animal Park Experience - We arrived in Roatan on a cruise with family and decided to do the snorkeling animal park and beach activity. We chose Roatan Tucan Adventures as our tour operator, and it truly was the best decision we could have made. They were very professional from start to finish. This tour was in a private car, which we loved, and our driver and guide, Ruth, took us to the animal sanctuary where we got to meet sloths, monkeys, and birds - all so lovely. Then we went to West Bay for snorkeling and the beach, which was a complete paradise. We were transported to the VIP beach services in a golf cart, where we had access to a restaurant and bar for consumption if we wished. Then we went snorkeling, the highlight of the trip. It was incredible - we saw all kinds of fish, and our guide, Bryan, was very nice and friendly, showing us everything during the tour. Afterwards, we returned to the cruise on time. This was one of the best excursions in the Caribbean, and we highly recommend it if you're looking to do activities in Roatan, Honduras. Thank you for everything!

Highly Recommend! - Holding the sloths (and seeing the new baby sloth) was probably the best part of our trip! We also enjoyed holding the monkey and snorkeling! Our tour guide, Jamie, was absolutely phenomenal!! She really made the day fun and memorable!

We absolutely loved our day tour with Renie in Roatan! - We absolutely loved our day tour with Renie as our driver in Roatan!! Renie treated us like family the entire day and made sure everyone was taken care of during our day trip. We visited the monkey and sloth park before going over to the private beach for the day. On our way around the island Renie ensured we stopped at some great sights and places to shop and eat including some amazing jerk chicken and a shop which makes art and gifts by recycling. Would highly recommend Roatan Tucan Adventures and of course our awesome driver Renie!!
