Great experience - Kevin did an amazing massage. The atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful , receptionist made me feel very welcomed. Definitely coming back

great - The staff at the counter are very friendly and speak good English. It is very convenient to make an appointment online.
The environment is very comfortable, the massage room is independent and has a sense of privacy.
The massage staff are friendly and the service is very good. The weight can be adjusted with gestures.
Because it is close to Hoan Kiem Lake, it will be noisy outside, but it is not the store's fault and it is acceptable.
Great experience with privacy.

Excellent - I would highly recommend L’essence spa. The staff and treatments were excellent. We had a couples massage and it was very relaxing. Will definitely be back! Thank you

Best spa in Vietnam - The store is very clean and the staff are all super kind!
I had trouble understanding English, but they tried their best to explain things to me in Japanese.
The massage was thorough and very pleasant, so I was very satisfied!
They didn't even ask for a tip!

it was awesome! - I was surprised at how polite the receptionist was! They spoke English!
The massage was like a VIP service and the room was clean, so I was very happy!
They served me complimentary tea many times, which I personally really like, so I was very happy!
