Best way to se Hanoi - Brilliant fun and great way to see the hidden gems of the city, can’t lie was a bit nervous taking me youngest whom is 7 but she loved it. And at the other end of the scale the grandparents also loved it. Stop offs along the way gives you a real insight to the back streets markets of Hanoi

The best thing we did in Hanoi - Great tour. My wife was a bit nervous about getting into traffic on the Vespa, but staff let me know about the tour and the focus on safety before we booked. The tour was the best thing we did in Hanoi. We saw lots of the city and got into places we would otherwise never have experienced. Our lead, Danny, was a wealth of local food and culture information. His colleague Lucas was also very helpful and an exceptional driver. Highly recommend Hanoi Backstreet Tours if you are looking to learn a lot, see the city from a different perspective, experience some great food and have a bit of an adventure.

Hanoi Backstreet Tour - We are a group of two couples. We booked Hanoi Backstreet Tour. They provided four drivers: Johnny, Hai, Cường and Linh to take us some interesting places like Saigon-Hanoi train to see live activities, Long Biên bridge, Hong river, Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and so on. First, the tour was wonderful in general. The tour guides were knowledgeable, nice, and gentle. Last, they served a dinner, which I can say it was one of the best. Backstreet tour on a Vespa - This morning was spent on my 3rd Backstreet tour of Hanoi with 3 friends. This time on a Vespa with wonderful guide Hui. Hui is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and fun, sharing history, customs, and daily life in Hanoi and Vietnam. I learn something new each time. Wonderful to see the markets, ride the streets with the locals, and eading down the narrow alleys is thrilling. I felt safe throughout. Seeing different areas of Hanoi city gives an overall feel of life here. We finished off with a lunch of local, freshly cooked Vietnamese food, which was delicious. Many thanks to Hui for leading this excellent tour. Take one of these yours. You will not regret it.

Hanoi Vespa Tour - We did the Hanoi Vespa tour with Johnny and drivers Linh, Khai, and Huong and had such an amazing time! Everyone was very welcoming and kind. Johnny was very knowledgeable about Vietnamese history and did a wonderful job explaining it. We felt very safe riding on the back of the scooters despite all the chaos going around us. They took us to really fun and interesting locations around the city and ended with an incredible dinner! Would 10/10 recommend this tour with Johnny, Linh, Khai, and Cuong !

Countryside by Sidecar/Vespa Tour! What a fun experience! - We had already done a couple tours with this company, and were lucky to be able to try a new tour they were offering - Exploring the Countryside in Hanoi by vespa & sidecar! So so cool. Our tour guide Summer was awesome. She was very informative, happy, funny and delivered lots of information about Vietnamese culture and history in a light and cheerful way. You can connect with her instantly, which I love. Summer was also super attentive with our son Benny (4 years old) which was fantastic, because we pretty much booked this last tour for him. The Day: - pick up at hotel - short drive just outside of Hanoi to the Countryside - lunch hosted by a local family (they were so hospitable & kind) - exploring the countryside (farm fields, graveyards, beautiful scenery) - Co Lao Citadel (learning history & explore) - Tea at a beautiful Tea Cafe - lot's of fun pictures & memories - return back to hotel **TIPS **it may be worth inquiring about a private tour price, sometimes the price difference is only $10-$20USD/person, but its worth it (especially with kids!). Awesome Sidecar Tour - Another fantastic tour with Backstreet Tours, this time we did the countryside on sidecars. Totally awesome experience. Everything was so well organised and an amazing home style lunch was provided. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hanoi.
