We’ll explore beyond the Old Quarter, beginning at St. Joseph’s Cathedral, where we’ll discover closely-guarded family recipes for iconic dishes, savoring a fluffy banh mi baguette, and enjoying a mouthwatering beef pho noodle soup, all complemented by freshly squeezed sugarcane juice.
