06:30 – 07:00 – Pickup from Hanoi Old Quarter, then depart for Ha Long.
10:00 – Check-in at Tuan Chau/Sun Harbor for Halong guests.
12:00 – Board the cruise and enjoy lunch onboard.
13:45 – Explore Surprise Cave, kayak at Luon Cave, and visit Titop Island.
16:30 – Return to the cruise and relax on the sundeck.
17:00 – Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi.
19:30 – Drop-off at Hanoi Old Quarter.

Funtime at ha long bay - I had great experience with Aaron, he was an amazing guide with friendly behaviour and good english. this tour is really worth the time and money

#MADDIE - The trip was all in all satisfying and willing to take a trip with this company again.

Perfect agency for your memorable trip - We visited Halong bay day trip from Hanoi.
First impression was, tour guide was on time, bus is clean and comfortable.
Our trip was great, and the tour guide very strict which is good. So timing will be on track.

Memorable experience with the day long cruise across Halong Bay - First time in Vietnam and a very satisfying experience with the day-long luxury cruise and group tour across the Halong Bay. Dolphin was our tour guide, who took good care of us and guided us through the geological wonder of the Sung Sot cave trekking. He was very caring with the buffet spread. He helped us with the tickets for the bamboo boat ride. Going back home to India now with wonderful memories of the cruise and a whole lot of love from Hanoi!

The tour guides are of poor quality. - Used it on the final day of my trip to Hanoi.
The quality and price were probably the same as elsewhere.
However, the tour guide was overbearing and made it impossible to enjoy.
I ended up feeling really bad on my last day in Hanoi. It became a bad memory.
This company won't even review its tour guides. That's just how the company operates.
