Amazing experience. - What a wonderful and well structured tour. Minh was a lovely guide and we got to cover all the highlights of Ninh Binh in a day. Would highly recommend this tour :)

Wonderful day trip - I enjoyed my tour and our guide Kate was informative and kind. In the morning, she guided us to tell us where to meet the bus. She looked out for all the guests and we had an amazing bike ride. I wish we had more time at each place, give more history during the bus ride at the destinations. It was raining and she got us ponchos which was really nice. I loved the Trang a boat ride and it was a great experience. The views were amazing.

TRANG AN IS BEAUTIFUL - If you’re lucky enough to get Le Linh as your guide, congratulations , your day is already guaranteed to be great.
While Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex is absolutely stunning, what really made the experience unforgettable was Le Linh. Her energy, humour, and knowledge turned a beautiful tour into an amazing one. She somehow managed to keep everyone organised, laughing, and learning interesting things about the area all at the same time.
Le Linh has that rare talent of making a whole group of strangers feel like friends by the end of the day. From start to finish she was warm, funny, and incredibly passionate about what she does.
Trang An may be the destination, but Le Linh is the reason the day was so memorable. If every guide was like her, tours would never feel like tours just great adventures with a brilliant host.

Chan-an - ELBIEE OPERATOR was kind. I enjoyed the restaurant with Japanese taste. They also dropped me off at the hotel, which was a comfortable trip. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much.

Fun but long day - Thank you Elbiee operator for a very fun day! Max was a great host, very funny and informative.
Long day trip but stopped about 1hr out of Hanoi at rest stop and bus was very luxurious, usb plug to charge devices, reclinable chairs and good air con.
Bike ride with lunch was a nice touch explore independently for those that wanted to.
Lots of vegetarian and meat options with lunch.
Some important information about bathrooms, water etc could have been communicated before we left the stop instead of after but overall it was well run and organised.
Our tour had lots of nationalities, kids, people with limited mobility and Max did a great job taking care of everyone’s needs.

Best Ninh Binh day tour. - We had such a great time with this day tour company to Ninh Binh. The guide was funny yet very professional, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The bus was comfortable and the driving was smooth. The itinerary was very full, from morning until evening.
Trang An is a beautiful UNESCO site. We chose Route 2, which is the fastest option, and I think that was the right choice because the boat ride can feel quite long since you stay on the boat the whole time. Next time, we’d love to try the Tam Coc boat ride.
We would definitely come back here and choose the same company again. Overall, it was a really great experience. 😊

A recommended day trip - Great day trip, to meet a lot of new friends, beautiful scenery and terrain, boat tour is great, this trip will have mountain climbing, SST Travel's Elbiee is very attentive, asked me the night before I had no knee problems. People with poor feet can take photos and drink coffee under the mountain. Worth recommending!
