Halong Bay Day Trip - Cruising - Kayaking - Our day Trip to Halong Bay was absolutely Awesome. With very good guidance from our tour guide Mr. Thanh we were able to enjoy the trip very well. I would definitely recommend Halong Bay to everyone visiting Vietnam.

Mark a 'start' on your list for Ha Long Bay - It was a memorable trip, highly recommended place and great company of nice people and great view. Ha Long Bay was not in our tour package we booked through Klook but that decision was perfect and I would like to recommend that to everyone.

Our guide Thành was very friendly and spoke good English, giving us information throughout the tour. Suitable for all ages, a nice and relaxed tour with good services along the way. Our transport was on time and were served with a lovely buffet lunch on board the boat.

Halong bay cruise - a MUST for every Hanoi visitor - I joined 3 tours in Hanoi and this was by far the best. Guide Tranh was both experienced and still enthusiastic about his job. He goes over and above to share his knowledge of his country not only pertaining to the itinerary but in other aspects as well. He picked us on time and had good timing for all our activities. I was an inbound tour operator before I retired and this combination is rare in experienced guides. Guides are required to know their itinerary, keep to the schedule and not lose the tourists along the way. It’s a tough job and it’s easy for the guides to be professional but lose their enthusiasm in the process and then it becomes just a job. However, a tourist is in a place only for a limited time and maybe only once in their lifetime. So a guide who can share more about their country is a real treasure. In the other 2 tours I joined with another tour operator, the guides were experienced and professional but probably too tired to do more than necessary. The 6 hour Halong Bay cruise itself + pick up in Hanoi was jam packed with activities and more than worth the $35-40 per person fee. We saw the Amazing caves, Ti Top Island and had an excellent meal on board the yacht. Kayaking and Bamboo boat were optional to explore further the smaller caves for a small fee. This Halong Bay cruise is a MUST for every visitor to Hanoi.

Fully recommended if you're looking for 1 day trip to Ha Long Bay from Hanoi - 1 day for the Ha Long Bay is not much. However, if you're lucky, you will get Thanh as a guide and you'll get the most out of that day. - The guide is in direct contact with you before the trip - Everything is well organised, on time and efficiently executed - Good price-to-value ratio - It's not only Ha Long Bay but also: pearl farm visit, the limestone caves, neighbouring islands, kayaking/sampan boat cruise, viewpoint, a lunch on-board a cruise - All that within one, exciting day without leaving you overwhelmed or tired
