Hạ Long Bay - DAY 01: VISIT BAI TU LONG BAY - VUNG VIENG FISHING VILLAGE - BEACH (L/D)
AM: Pick up at hotel & transfer to Halong bay
11.30AM Arrive at Hon Gai Harbour, you will be transferred to the Garden bay boat by small tender, enjoy welcome drinks, check-in your cabin.
Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch while cruising through Bai Tu Long Bay
Visiting Vung Vieng fishing village and learn about the life in Halong communities. Then, visit Vung Ha beach for kayaking, swimming, and relaxing in one of the Bay’s hidden coves.
Enjoy Sunset party and happy hour on the sundeck. Cooking class offering lessons in traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
Dinner onboard.
Relax and enjoy the evening or choose from a variety of activities including board games and squid fishing.

9:00 Return to the Garden bay Halong cruise boat for check out. Enjoy Flower carving demonstration on the sundeck
Enjoy the last of the Ha Long Bay scenery over Lunch as the boat cruises back to shore. Around 12.00 noon, arrive back the habour. Transfer back to Hanoi/

Very well worth! - The Bay was is very well worth a World Heritage Site. The Ship was a beautifully appointed three decker, Cabins are ample, comfortable and have excellent ensuite shower rooms. Sundeck are extensive and immaculately clean. Staff were nevertheless invariably smiling, helpful and eager to please!

Very good - The staff was friendly, the room was very good, clean & superb comfortable, very good air-conditioning at the night time. Bathroom was very good with hot shower & view to the sea. The kayaking segment was novel and enjoyable.

Disappointing - It is a huge stretch of the truth to call this a 2 day cruise. We were on the boat for less than 24 hours, and spent a lot of time waiting. Organisation could be much better.
While the crew was good the boat was not outstanding. The air condition was not effective. Sometimes it didn’t work at all.
The food was average. The meat dishes were tough and some of it couldn’t be eaten.
Disappointing, and nothing like as advertised.
