The best trip experience with the best english speaker guide we had in Vietnam - We never been to Vietnam before, and we booked this experience with pretty standart expectation. But the further we go, my mind got blew out of the water, especially the tour guide named Jadon. I think from many trip I take, Jadon was the only one who is acomodating us the most, he speak so fluently in english like he is a native speaker. He knows history and could tell the story in a fun and unique way. Enough with my experience about the kindness of the guide. The view was so amazing, the story behind every sculpt, statue, mark, dent on the cave was magnificent. When the sun hid behind the mountain, the golden shine was so eye pleasing. Be ready with your camera when you about to leave the cave, because thats where the magic happen. Thats it my review of this trip, and thanks once again Jadon for providing and guiding me and my wife in this amazing trip at Ninh Binh. See you next time

Most beautiful place on earth - We had a great time on this tour. our guide Lan An was very good, informative and interactive. She covered almost everything in such a short time and also arranged so many activities during trip, cycling, boat ride, trekking etc. As we are vegetarian, they have so many menu options at lunch, only issue we faced how to differentiate the serving spoons.

Bai Dinh and Trang An - Service was just unmatched! From pick up to drop off, we felt very minded and immersed in the experience. The lunch spread was huge and delicious, and the Trang An river tour might be my most memorable Vietnam experience yet. And the price was so fair and unbeatable. 10/10 would recommend!

Ninh Binh tour from HaNoi - An amazing trip with excellent service and enthusiastic support. Despite the slightly hot and sunny weather, you managed to capture incredibly beautiful photos. The experience of boat rowing in Trang An is definitely worth a try. I would recommend avoiding rowing between 9 AM and 1 PM.

Recommended to everyone who would like to go Ninh Binh - Alison from SST travel was so helpful to arranged the local tour guide to contact me and arranged for hotel pickup in the morning. I feel so comfortable during the whole journey to Bai Dinh Pagoda, Trang An Mua Cave and the Local tour guide ms Lee also very kind offer us and extra place to Pho Co Hoa Lu for us to take photos and sightseeing. Bai Dinh Pagoda and Trang An River - Excellent service with friendly and helpful tourguide. He had given us many exciting travelling and historical information. The bus is new and driver is nice. it's a beautiful sunday with comfortable weather, the landscapes are great, but shouldn't go in the weekend since it's full of people so you may queue up in long time at Trang An.

Don’t book with this agency! - Don’t ever book with them! If you’re anyone who values their safety and has any respect for themselves, just don’t do it! If you’re lucky the trip is going to be just a huge waste of money and time. It’s nothing more than a terribly organized tourist trap in terrible conditions. If you’re unlucky, they’ll lie to you just to get you to pay like they did with us and ruin your day, while putting you in danger. They don’t care about you, they don’t care about your safety. We were threatened by guide Minh and finally left all alone in a village when we raised our concerns that the trip is late and seems to be ending 3 hours over promised time, totally ruining our plans. The guide is unstable, aggressive and has no problem screaming at women. Even guides from other agencies that witnessed it were shocked and expressed it to us and offered help. Keep in mind any complaint policy is NON EXISTENT with them. They’re shameless, they pretty much admitted to lying to us (we have all proof and screens) yet they basically remained in a “haha, gotcha” attitude. NO responsibility, NO owning up to their mistakes, NO customer service, and of course zero willingness to give any money back, which is the only thing they care about. Now they’re whining we’re ruining their reputation by saying what happened. Well maybe you should have thought about you reputation earlier. They had to be FORCED by the third party we’ve booked with to give us any money back. Shameless shameless scammers. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had on any vacation anywhere in the world, experience so terrible we’re wary to go back to Vietnam, which is really sad because the country is beautiful. These trips and this service are beyond even the cheapest backpacking standards. I wouldn’t trust them with my dog, let alone with people. They would never be allowed to continue in more regulated countries and they pry on the fact that Vietnam is very loose with these kinds of things. Don’t support them! Support other agencies that provide these services with heart and dedication.

Worst experience ever - Terrible experience. Starting with very old bus without proper AC and broken seatbelts... Bus took a lot of stops for making some private small business on the road. Every stop tooks around 15 min, we were waiting in the bus in that time. Tour guide not interested in explaining all history behind places we saw. Places are typical tourist-traps - means very crowded and you can't relax. Very noisy, a lot of loud karaoke that your ears bleeding. Very poor organization causing finally a big delay at the end. Not recommended to anyone! Be aware!
