Excelente servicio y atención!! - Concierge, Dani, and Roberto where awesome in every way. Their Knowledge and hospital can’t compare to similar services anywhere in the world. They thought of every detail imaginable. Apart from being warm and very friendly, they know they’re stuff well. I will come back with the family, for sure!!

Great Tour - We truly got blessed on this one. We book a private tour my daughter and I with a gentleman name Juan Gomez with YUM KIN travel. Juan speaks perfect english and has a degree in anthropology studying the Mayan culture. Super informative and super nice guy. We paid $850 pesos each that included authentic Mayan meal with fresh made corn tortillas and turkey.

Pretty cool, touristy experience in the heart of the city. - I liked the location as it is in the heart of the town but it is somewhat littered and poorly maintained even though the entry ticket is fairly pricey.
