Informative boat ride - Very informative. Learned about different mangroves. Saw lots of different birds. The captain, mate and park ranger were all very knowledgeable and fun to talk to.

Excellent - This was fun and informative. We saw several crocodiles, which we never would have been able to find on our own on land. She also pointed out many plants and birds and explained the significance of each in an engaging way.

Exploring the Florida Bay - We had the best time. Unfortunately our back country boat tour was cancelled and we had to take the Florida Bay one instead. It was a beautiful day for a ride on the bay . We were lucky and saw a pod of dolphins . They were so playful and fun to watch . I have never seen dolphins in the wild. We had a wonderful time .

Away from Miami crowds - Staff was very friendly and professional. I wish we could have seen more crocodiles. But it was great to get away from hassle of Miami.

Not worth the money or time - An overpriced bird-watching tour of small islands. All birds can already be seen from land right at the dock. Just a long 90 minute boat ride along very dirty water

It was not a pleasant experience. It rained a lot and we were wet basically looking at nothing. - It was a waste of time and money to be honest. We saw one alligator in the entire 3 hour tour and the rest of the time the tour guide kept showing the mangrove tree and it’s roots and some bird that can be seen anywhere.

Wasted $100 - *****WARNING*****WARNING***** I signed up and thought I was buying the 4/19/24, 3:00 pm tour. Email ticket was for 4/19/24, 11:00 am tour. I called the tour operator and was told to call Viator. I called Victor and explained the situation. Representative said he would call the tour company to reschedule and get back to me. I never heard from anyone after that. Therefore no boat ride. A wasted $100.
