  • Tra Que Village House - Following a pick-up from your hotel, we join the chef and go to a local market and marvel at the seasonal fruits, noodles, herbs, vegetables, meat, and fish on display. Interact with the vendors and get some tips on how to bargain. Buy the ingredients for the dish you selected in advance.

After collecting all the necessary ingredients, head to the cooking school where the chef teaches and guides you through the steps to make your dish. There will be plenty of hands-on participation!

In Tra Que village, try your hand at fertilizing the plots, preparing the soil, planting the herbs, and watering and hoeing the vegetable beds. You’ll even get to pick some delicious greens! And of course, you’ll have the opportunity to cook a variety of healthy Vietnamese specialties.

Finally, just relax and enjoy the lunch we made. We will leave the cooking class with a detailed recipe and skills that totally impress your friends and family at home.

Cooking class through Local Vietnam is highly recommended. - Booked a cycling tour in Hoi An through Local Vietnam. This was a big surprise and so we decided to book a cooking class as well. This was also a wonderful experience and you should definitely do it.
