In 1997, Wayaree Estate was acquired, and in 1998, Bernice’s father, John Dillon, affectionately known as the instigator, planted and nurtured 1500 vines on the site, establishing the first vineyard on Bruny Island. Today, the vineyard features 6000 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines.
• Adventure Bay - Adventure Bay on Bruny Island is renowned for its stunning 7km long, east-facing beach.
